Can't wait for the Manny VS Cotto fight.I bet my salary, Manny's gonna win again.
He's ain't #1 P4P for no reason.
The 1st EVER in the history of boxing to win the lineal championship in four different divisions!!
RING Magazine 'Fighter of the Year' in 2006, 2008, and 2009!!!
Thats what they keep saying. The fight with Jennings was too easy for him. He did struggle with Clottey but that can be attributed to the nasty cut on his eye. He did fight 7-8 rounds with that cut. As for his trainer, if things werent working out, its ok that he let him go. He dont need the extra pressure, especially while training. One thing I wouldve liked, he shouldve taken Emmanuel Steward offer and have him trained him for the fight. Cotto needs to learn from an experienced trainer. Cotto needs to pull a Rocky 3.

agianst Pac-man, imo Cotto has speed and "pressure" to worry about. you guys think he can handle the speed?

"Rocky 3" in the sense that he needs to learn new stuff from someone else. Rocky was a better fighter after Apollo was through with him.
Great news!
Marvin Sonsona, only 19 years of age, defeats Jose Lopez for the WBO Super Flyweight title by Unanimous decision!
This kid hails from the same town where Manny Pacquiao grew up.
Extremely impressive showing for Sonsona, since Jose Lopez has been undefeated for 8 years and was on a 16 win streak.
And this was the first time for Sonsona to experience a full 12-round match. His previous matches only lasted upto 4 rounds.
It was a great match (besides the low blows from Lopez)

I think you mean the 19th. But I'm rooting for Mayweather just because we've seen two Marquez/Pacquio (sic) fights already. Mayweather/Pacman would be sick. Pacman/Cotto in a few months will be amazing as well, although Clottey was the better boxer against Cotto recently...he just didn't throw enough punches to win.
But I think Marquez will win. He's the closest thing to Pacman that the sport has right now, including Mayweather at his best.
