I doubt Luke did it on a bigger scale; Naga Sadow singlehandedly created an entire armada of thousands of ships, all of them able to move through space like real ships, each of them dropped several drop pods, and perhaps millions of tangible illusions, who were able to push back the Jedi on Coruscant (and being close to taking the planet when he was betrayed), broke through on Cinnagar (which was well fortified after Teta unified her empire), and was doing well on a third.

Luke was able to hide an entire planet from view eternally. Luke was also able to create a more or less functional ship with just the force. Other then the fact that you couldn't touch it, it was totally real. Even the exhaust would come out. That would be millions of tiny illusions. Now, I don't how detailed Naga's illusions were, but he needed his meditation sphere to do it, right? Luke was able to create his illusion down to the exhaust without any enhancing items. [/B]

Naga Sadow's armada was made of a good number of illusions. So that means while he is simultaneously creating an "invincible" army of completely tangible illusions that are kicking Jedi ass on the ground, he also is creating entire ships and drop pods in the air. No, I say that's a higher feat.

And he was in his meditation chamber, but it was never mentioned that he needed it. In fact, when Gav shot at his chamber, he said that'll "break your concentration!" instead of "That'll screw up your ship."

Naga Sadow's feat was on a higher scale.

No argument there. Naga was more powerful then DN Luke. I don't think that Naga could have continued to create those illusions without the sphere though. I mean, wasn't that it's purpose, to help him create illusions?

It was never mentioned in the comic that he needed the meditation chamber at all in order to make the illusions. My guess is that the chamber offered a pacified location for him to isolate himself and his thoughts (away from disturbances and commotions). He was able to create the illusions rather effortlessly and even after getting interrupted, he immediately tricked Gav again. So I'll operate under the assumption that the chamber was conducive towards the illusions, not required.

... kinda like a Sith zen garden 😛.

So the sphere was like a turbocharger on a car, except for illusions?

No, it was never elaborated on what the sphere was or that he needed the sphere. I conjectured that the sphere was a calm area for Naga Sadow to sit down and focus.

However true as that may be, its also kinda unlikely...

I mean what kind of idiot would create a meditation sphere far weaker then a normal ship outside of a normal ship? Its a far easier target and every Sith would know what it is, so if he fought Sith with it... Then again he could have probably created a meditation chamber inside his own capitol ship... Well no evidence anyways, so he probably did it all on his own.

How would a tiny sphere tucked in the heart of a massive armada be easier to target? The whole point was that every Sith could recognize it, he said it himself, that him in the meditation sphere would be the heart of the attack.

I know, and you think that a good general could not send some ships in there to get that or to attack the heart? Unless it would be under heavy protection the entire time it would be an easy target, but then again if it was under heavy protection you would effectively be weakening your fleet..

Really I see no reason behind this little floating sphere, its idiotic.

Hell, this is ignoring the fact that he was micromanaging the Massassi warriors while he was maintaining these illusions.
