Ran the restaurant kitchen all by myself for the first time today. I was in charge of the whole restaurant actually. The head chef said my apron strings have been cut and I can go on my own now.

did you go to culinary school? one of my uncles started as a cook and now runs a kitchen in a vegas casino as a "master"chef.. iirc..

probably wouldnt pass Ramsey's test but he probably punch him in the face

Which casino? I live in the Vegas area.

Didn't take formal culinary schooling, but in High School I had a couple of years in the culinary arts class.
