Ronaldhino, Kaka, Juninho Pernambucano, Adriano, Ronaldo, Robinho - yup... amazing attack force they have there.

cafu and carlos are growin old and not as influential as they was. dida is prone to make mistakes. and roque junior....i dont know why anyone would rate him highly

Dida's pretty good, he's agile. And that Cincinho dude is ''the new Cafu'' apparently. Anyway, we can trash talk the Brazilian defence all day, but it really won't bother them cos no matter how many goals they concede, they can usually score two or three more. At the least, quite often.

And I think the latest England can meet Brazil is the semis, so it'll be USA Vs Brazil in the final. Or Argentina, if they're lucky.

usa wont get to the final. unless they get lucky throughout the tournament.

USA in finals -----> 😆 😆 😆 😆

USA out first round --------> ✅ ✅ ✅ ✅

usa wont get out the group

I just love the World Cup ... it's the one venue where a developing country like Brazil can kick the butt of a G-8 country! I've always supported them, and they're just great to watch..they can field two quality teams with their lineup...but honestly I wish some other team would take the top spot. I support Spain as well, but if Raul and Xavi are still out by next year, and with the way they've been scraping their wins... well, good luck. Go Japan! Let's see some Asian country get far (fair and square if you know what i mean cough cough korea... 😉 )

😆 typical... 😛

i have to agree about the usa... and with the world cup in europe it favours the european nations imo...

just praying the dutch keep on good terms with each other... imo they can go far if they behave...

i think Japan or South Korea could do well... you ever watched the J-league? it's incredible sometimes... theyre such amazing shots, can hit the ball from half way line and it'll still be accelerating when it reaches the goal

the one thing the japanese (and most other asian nations) lack imo, is the ability to physically outmatch european and south american teams...

and i have watched the j-league, while some of the play is good, some of it is shockingly bad also...

the defending and goalkeeping on the whole is ****ing terrible... but some of the attacking play and accuracy/power behind their shots is stunning

are you serious haha?
better goalie?
have you actually seen Robinson play? he pulls off some of the most amazing saves match in match out, and i'm not ashamed to say he's one of the main reasons Tottenham are 4th in the league.
He has the some of best reactions i've seen from any goalkeeper period... shots from pointblank range into the top corner and he still manages to push it round the corner. Sure he stumbled twice in the league and cost us the win. (against Arsenal when we were 1-0 up, and he gifted Man Utd their goal...) but they're not massive discrepencies.

As for world cup winners... personally i see someone quite random winning it, perhaps South Korea

Yes I'm serious, not being brittish does give me the disadvantage of not seeing every game from the premier league. But look at the other teams their goallies (almost all of them -dunno about france- play champions league and play for big teams that kinda says something)

that says absolutely nothing haha...
ok lets see... you say a goalkeeper is crap when you've hardly ever seen him play, yet if you even took a glancing look at the premiership table and the accompanying Tottenham newspaper reports you'd see he's repeatedly declared one of the best goalkeepers in the league - and because you don't actually watch the premiership, ill give you a list of the type of keepers in the league... Petr Cech (int. no1)... Van Der Saar (int. no1)... Reina... Cudicini... Jasskeleinen.

Since you've practically admitted you've hardly seen him play (which i knew even before you posted this time...) you can't really go and say he's not a great goalie when he quite clearly is an amazing goalie - every Spurs match he produces world class saves, and if you ever watched a few matches he plays in you'll see that.

infact, go watch the Argentina - England match, he played really well there as well.

Also, Tottenham have Radek Cerny as their no2 goalie... the Czech no2 behind Petr Cech, and he's keeping him firmly on the subs bench even when, when i saw him play, Cerny was stunning as well.

Also... Tottenham happen to be 4th in the league and widly hinted as taking the last champions league spot for next year behind Liverpool Chelsea and Man Utd.
honestly, the only better keepers in the world, imo, are Buffon, Casillas, Cech and maybe Dida

I know tottenham is 4th in the league, I never said he was a bad goallie, I just said he is IMO the weakest link in the entire team. Why am I beginning to get the feeling that you are a Tottenham supporter.

It's all a matter of opinion, but you seem to be very defensive about this. I never said he was a bad goalkeeper I just said that I consider him to be the weak link in the english team.

the England fullbacks are the weak links... Rio Ferdinand is a weak link, Robinson is the strongest link in our defence bar Terry.

i'm not defensive, just don't understand why your picking up on the England goalie being a weak link when you have a choice between Lehmann and an old man for Germany goalie, Barthez and an unproven goalie for France, an off-form Casillas for Spain, Argentina have 2 really weak keppers as well in Abbondanzieri and Lux, even Italy have an injured Buffon to replace.

England have one of the strongest goalies in international football when you actually take the time to watch him play and compare it to the top competition.

the best goalkeeping selections in the world belong to Czech republic and Italy
