In my opinion USA is underrated or atleast used to be. Half of the players I knew seem to have retired now like Pope, Lalas, Reyna, Friedel, O'Donovan, McBride. They were the truely good USA players although some of them are still playing it wasn't as good as they used to. Scotland actually draw with them when they had their best team out and USA didn't because it was a friendly.

USA is a good team but when it comes to big event such as the world cup, they get nerous. I seen it many times.

i mean like i said before in this thread... we toured the Americas, played teams they play year in year out and won every game.

only difference, we played with our Bteam, and yea USA dropped a few key players, but still...

Well remember that automatic goal they made against Portugal in 2002? Jeff Agoos kicked it over himself to the goalie but the goalie didnt catch it and it went in the goal. I was thinking there was something wrong with them, something about them that wuznt right. Dont count this as being nervous though

Who do you think is winning it? Runner-up? Third Place?

Well I have Holland and Brazil for the finals, with Brazil winning by a goal or two.

So:

Winner- Brazil

Runner up- Netherlands

3rd Place- England (over Italy)
