That didn't sound positive, did you not read my last message??

If you have nothing positive or football related to say to me, then kindly shut your mouth, or go and annoy someone else

You've been threatening (hilariously) and insulting all over the place, now you have the gall to request people stop? You're the one who needs to shut up and be mature.

Practice what you preach. Everything was fine until you showed up.

I made it clear it last pages to stop this nonsense. Well, I'm not gonna go over it. This hostile behavior continues and ALL parties involve will be removed for 7 days from the forums. This is a final warning. Better stop or you will be removed.

No more! Enough!

Okay, I've got a question here that doesn't involve flaming. Who's winning this thing?

Germany

Given that Bardock replied to that, I'm going to assume that they've been eliminated. 😛 So good luck to whoever's still left in it.

What about the post in question suggests i'm an idiot??

I have made predictions, and they're all of scores I believe will happen, here are my reasons

I believe Brazil will lose to France, because their back four are dodgy, and they've been lucky to have toothless teams to deal with, now they're against the likes of Zidane, Henry, Vieira, Ribery, etc-etc....I can see them being punished

Ukraine will beat Italy (in my opinion) because of all the turmoil in the Italian camp with the match fixing fiasco in Serie A resurfacing, the attempted suicide of Gianluca Pessotto, and the loss of two very good centre backs for them

England will beat Portugal for a number of reasons, they are without Deco and Costinha, I believe we play better in the big games aswell, and I just think our quality will finally shine through

Argentina are too much of a powerful proposition for Germany (in my opinion) and will win the game comfortably

Not shitting anyone, and I have watched every match thus far yes, apart from when two were on at once obviously

They are my opinions, if you don't agree with them, it's fine, but it's just how I feel

I also just think that Germany have beat alot of very mediocre teams leading up to this, but we shall see won't we??

they (Germany) demolished Sweden, just like that...team, England cannot beat for the better part of 40 years now...

just curious...tell me where those goals for England come from, love to know..

Okay, let me just note that Sweden are that one team we (England) can never seem to beat, there is a team like that out there for everyone, plus Sweden tried alot harder against England than they did against Germany

And ofcourse with the 3-0 scoreline for Germany/Argentina that I predicted, I could easily be wrong, 'tis simply my prediction, taking nothing away from Germany, they have looked impressive, just noting they have had no true tests yet

As for England, as I said, we seem to raise our game in the bigger matches, and I believe this will be the case this time, once again though, I could be very wrong, and our goals will come from an always improving Rooney, and possibly Lampard, because he's hit so many shots, one is bound to hit the target eventually, and I think it could very well be in this game

Wait, Germany beat mediocre teams, yet somehow Paraguay, Trinidad and Ecuador are top of the line? Sweden were the best team in England's group, and look what happened there. Sweden dominated that second half and had a reasonable shout in the first. Germany have at least had mostly good wins.

England are scraping along. Also, why did Sweden try harder against England? Because you said so? When are people actually going to accept that England aren't the best team in the world, and that a lot of their shit results are subsequent of them playing shit?

"It was the heat.", "They tried harder.", "We're finding our stride.", "He's just got back.", "The ref screwed us.". Let's try "We just played really shit.", yeah?

It's already happening now in the papers here. "Watch out, we've got the Argentine ref who sent Beckham off!".

They did try harder, you only have to hear the gamesmanship they were trying in interviews and stuff leading up to the game, there was none of that with Germany, but ofcourse I will not excuse the two defensive lapses we shown, they almost cost us the match, but ask any Swede which of those two matches meant the most to them, they'd say England

Did I say England don't play shit sometimes?? No I didn't, otherwise i'd be a liar, and I would say Ecuador are a better side than Sweden, certainly in terms of form and how they approached this world cup, I don't rate Sweden at all, but as explained above I did say how we lapsed defensively twice for the goals, so how am I making excuses??

We have scraped through in some cases, but we did dominate T&T, even though we weren't at the races in the second half of the Paraguay game, we never looked remotely like conceading, and won comfortably, in terms of actual chances and so forth

And again, did I say England are the best side in the world?? No I did not, words in mouth being put comes to mind

I do firmly believe though, that we are one of the top five sides in the world, the others being Argentina, Brazil, Italy and France (although they are ageing a bit now) and so what we haven't hit top form?? We're still in the tournament aren't we?? Do you expect me not to back England against anything?? What kind of fan of theirs would I be if I did, I admit we have been patchy and not at our best, but we're still going, and hopefully we'll show our true potential, I think you'll agree that Brazil haven't been their usual brilliant selves either

When a top side struggle along, it's pounced on even more so than a average or poor side, this shows what is actually expected of them, and proves they are usually a good side

I must ask though, what is your actual opinion on England AC?? Do you think they are a poor side?? And what's more do you think they have a team capable of winning the world cup??

its hard to believe that, all of it coming from the guy that said he could beat ronaldo to the ball.
