Maul, Dooku vs Mace, Kit Fisto

Mace and Dooku ARE leagues above Fisto and Maul. Otherwise, Fisto would have lasted much longer than he did against Palpatine, and Maul wouldn't have been killed by Kenobi at all. And he was still better than Kenobi anyways...

I say the Jedi take this. Kit Fisto would out-lightsaber Maul in a straight fight, while Dooku and Mace fight it out. Dooku would defeat Mace after some time, but having Fisto and Mace on him might not give him that chance.

Then again, Windu and Dooku could take the 'knock out the lesser fools' and take down Maul and Fisto with ease, then go at it. In that instance, the Sith win.

Kit is degraded because, unlike Dooku, Anakin, Mace, Yoda, Sidious, Maul, Obi-Wan and many other Jedi Masters(or Sith Lords), Kit uses a simple and only moderately effective fighting. Shii-cho is the simplest of all styles, and under normal circumstances, taught only to younglings. While his form is simple, he is able to use it effectively, and found a seat on the Jedi Council. However, because the form is very basic, most younglings train in different, more sophisticated styles when they reach the rank of Padawan. Because Shii-cho is so simple and basic (and because of his miserable failure at the hands of Darth Sidious), more often than not, people view Kit Fisto as a weakling although this is hardly the truth.

anakin killed dooku and mace is stronger than anakin so dont you think that mace would kill dooku if they took out fisto and maul first

I don't think Dooku would take Mace. While I consider them equals it is said that Mace is greater than Dooku in lightsaber combat.

I think team jedi beats team sith either way

Actually Dooku was better, and said to be outsparred only by Yoda. Force-wise however, Mace Dominates the battle.

Dooku wasn't better than Mace, I forgot if it said whether they were equals or Mace was a little bit better, and considering Mace was the best swordsman of the order(not counting Yoda), I'd put him above Dooku.

And your point? Because he was beat once by Dooku means Dooku>Mace? Mace was the best in the order. Dooku might have beaten him once and he might have beaten Dooku 50 times. Yoda is better I agree but Yoda is in a different league than all of the PT Jedi.

Gungan city, eh? Kit takes on Maul, Dooku takes on Mace. Maul starts to get the upper hand on Kit and Kit goes outside into the lake. Maul puts in a retro-breather and follows him. They fight under water. Kit gains the advantage. The duel goes far away from Gungan City, where Maul meets his end and becomes the SAando Aquara Monster's breakfast.

Meanwhile, Dooku and Msce go at it. It's perhaps the closest duel of all time and could go either way. However, I give it to Mace.

Kit swins back to Gungan City. One of three things happen.

1. Dooku sees Kit coming and shoots lightning at him. It goes through the bubble and hits Kit. Since he's in water the lightning kills him. Mace stabs Dooku while he's killing Kit.
2. Kit comes back and helps Mace. Together they defeat Dooku.
3. Kit comes back to find Dooku already dead and Mace awaiting his return.

Maul doesn't have a retro-breather or a water-proof lightsaber.

Kit could kill maul without having to go into the water

Maul and Kit Fisto are a very close one here.

Same with Dooku and Mace.

I ain't touching this one. This could open up a whole can of Enraged Debate.

This is something that must be discussed so we find out who would win

Dooku and Mace are close in power, however, due to Vaapad, Mace would likely get the upperhand and slay Dooku.

Kit and Maul, hard to say, as im not to knowledable about these two characters, but seeing as Kit is powerful in his own right, and he is ranked as a Jedi Master, i would give it to Kit.

Either way the Jedi win.

You mean the same Vapaad Mace cannot fully utilize?

Dooku has fully mastered a Lightsaber Dueling Form. I'm sure he would have the same chance.

Kit also lasted less than three seconds with Darth Sidious. Darth Maul killed one of the Orders greatest Jedi Masters at that time.

Everyone seems to forget that.

And? Perhaps working in a group proves more troublesome, than working alone, in some cases, the security a group gives, may cause a fighter to relax their defenses.

however i agree with on Mace vs Dooku, as Dooku has had many more years of experience
