None of those are really on the level of the top tiers that Ben has either wrecked or stalemated either. I don't see anyone on Hulk's level. Juggernaut has wrecked him twice, Gladiator didn't have too many problems with him, etc.
Hell, Ben has succeeded where Colossus has failed. Ben made two members of the Wrecking Crew (one of which who snapped Colossus' ribs like a twig with a small shot) look like morons.
To answer your question, Ben has gotten stronger on a gradual level through constant training, which is why he's gone from getting clobberized by The Hulk to actually stalemating him.
Just look at the comparative feats, because it seems you don't really know enough about Thing. 😬
The ony people on that list who beat him where Juggy, Glads, and Cable. Let me ask you this. Can Thing beat those Guys?
Colossus beat the WHOLE crew during Secret Wars. Minus the cheap shot.
Is there a scan somewhere stating that Thing is stronger or has gotten stronger. Cause I know I saw one where Colossus himself states this.j(Cue Snoopdogg).

You can't really accurately say that Colossus would never defeat Logan, since they've both never really fought all out. So really, it's inaccurate to say that Wolverine wouldn't lose. Especially since he can't seem to cut Colossus.

Complete BS, Collosus was not created to battle Juggy because if that's the case that experiment failed miserably. I never saw in any comic where Collosus actually beat him flat out.X-Men just needed a powerhouse to solidy their team like the Avengers have Thor and Hercules or Hulk in the beginning

Thing has the HOTI...as far as I'm aware, that is more powerful than Colossus.
