Even though I disagree about people not being able to beat people that are stronger, I do agree that Hulk is not the strongest.
I think Marvel has destroyed the whole "who is the strongest" thing.
They made a giant pile of characters, and every writer that worked on the books would make their character the strongest.
I think that most of the arguements here should be based on fights. Not just strength feats, or what class a guy is supposed to be. Because we all know that Marvel doesn't stick to it.
So, we should look at who has beat who, what kinds of powers they have, how durable they are, techniques they have used in fights before and stuff like that.
For instance, the whole "Speed Blitz" argument is useless. First of all, it almost never gets used by superfast characters, probably because it would cut down on the "brawling" that the fans like so much.
Also, logically, most of these guys also have super speed. If their bodies are increased so much in strength, that would also mean the striated muscle that gives speed.
Along these lines, speedsters would also have to have super strength, durability, and their hides would have to be almost impenetrable.
Then, aside from the "Speed blitz" thing, there is the throwing into outerspace/sun arguement. Theoretically, most of these guys can actually do this. But, it does not get done. Hyperion did it to Wonderman, and I am sure it has happened a couple other times, but this is not something that is used a lot. So, it should be prevented.
Maybe the fights should occur in an indestructible dome, I don't know.
In reality, characters like the Herc, Thing, Champion, Thanos and Thor would be winning most of the time. Not just because of super strength, but because of experience and training in martial arts and fighting. This SHOULD matter.

In some peoples cases like the Asgardian Destroyer and Juggernaut, fighting skills don't matter because they cant be damaged. Even though you would think that Cain would know how to fight a little due to the fact that he was trained in the military.

One thing that I think we forget in these fights is the fact that one opponent a may have abilities that opponent b may not have, but at the same time opponent b may have powers that opponent a may not have.

If we are talking about earth bound super heroes/beings then yes Hulk is the strongest. Savage Hulk, Mindless Banner Hulk, his strength increase beyond logic, let's get real here his feats speak for themselves. Juggernaut has a greater durablility than the hulk, strength wise their even until hulk gets pissed off beyond belief, like juggernaut threating betty then hulk will f**king kill juggernaut.

The time the Juggernaut was able to crumble the earth with his punches was a one time thing. That was either Trion Tuggernaut or 8th day Juggernaut not classic like we are talking about. Going by that logic it could be said Spiderman could knock out Juggernaut with ease since he was one time Cosmic Spiderman.
