You do realize that Vodo is on that list, right? Add to the fact that neither Mace Windu nor Depa Billaba is on there. And that both Yoda and Revan are above Sidious on that list. DE Sidious > Yoda.

WHat do you mean specifically stated that Mace is above Dooku? So with your logic it has to be specifically stated that Yoda>Sidious, or Sidious>Yoda or Character X>Character Y? That makes absolutely no sense. Considering the fact that it is HARDLY ever stated anywhere that character X>character, the idea of deductive reasoning comes into play.

OK. But Obi-Wan is still below both Windu and Dooku, so he wouldnt be ranked on this list.

True. But Mace and Dooku are extremely even in terms of both saber skills and strength. It isvery hard to single one out as the others superior. So it is a matter of assumption on which one is better. Unless like I said, it is specifically stated.
