This is true.

Sox win it all baby.

I think they were bad earlier in the year because their pitchers were injured. Now they got Clemens, Pettite, Mussina and Wang. If they get to the playoffs they could be a very dangerous team.

Pettite and Mussina are 900 years old and not consistant anymore, and Wang was never very good in the first place IMO, and he is not consistant. You have no idea what you are going to get when those 3 pitch.

I think you are right about Mussina but Pettite and Wang have been having good outings but it seems like every time they pitch we don't score enough runs.

But I think come playoff time if we make it we could be dangerous because any of those 4 pitchers can go out on any given day and throw a great game.

Remember Wang lead the league in wins last year and was pretty much the only strong pitcher we had, he carried us.

How many games will the yankees actually win?

just stats, when they go head to head, who wins?

they've only played one series this year. they lost 2 of 3, yes, the middle game was postponed. tigers have rogers back and mags is hitting like a beast right now, 2 big differences between then and now. regular season is meaningless though. if the tigers beat up the sox next time, i'll not be on here talking sh!t, nor does it matter to me if boston beats detroit in the regular season.

it'll all come to the playoffs and i really do hope they meet at some point -- in the ALCS would be best.

i still don't think the yanks will the wildcard -- they are just too inconsistent to be a legitimate factor imo.

When will Barry actually break the record and will Selig and Aaron be there?

F*ck Barry. I really couldn't care any less if Selig will be there or not. It doesn't matter and it is not a big deal if he is there. No one should care.

But its the biggest record in baseball...

I didn't say anything about the record. It's the record that matters. Not who is in attendence.
