I'm looking forward to watching the Phillies blast into K-Rod a little. K-rod is good but I think saves are an overrated stat. Only reason he had so many saves is because the Angels offense couldn't win by more than 3 runs and they were playing against a crappy AL West(besides the Rangers offense.) His stuff apparently is starting to decrease too.

lol the deal for CC is pretty much done. Be interesting if they get Burnett as well I cant imagine they also get Lowe.

The once Met Killer, Pat Burrell is now a Ray, which means he will be a Yankee Killer. Rivera better be scared.
But Amaro is retarded. He rushed into signing the 36 year old Ibanez instead of waiting to sign Burrell who IMO is a better player for less money. Ibanez is a solid player but not this much money better than Burrell.
As a M's fan for quite a while I will say Ibanez is a pretty good player. He never quite became a true stud but he is a very solid player that you just dont hear a lot about. He will hit right under .300 hit 20+ HR's in Philly he will easily drive in over 100. You lose a little power but gain more consistency.
