If so God is all the omni's! Omnipresent, Omnisicient, Omnipotent, Omnibenevolent etc etc........................the first thing you have to realize is that the bible isn't filled with the truth, its filled with man's interpretation of a truth he wants to represent.

well the second paragraph thats what you call legends myths. agreed truth interpretations. and bible is filled with past experiences and their conclusion to their experiences. the twist is i believe that God made it that way
well the latter sentence cannot be all true. some people try to understand truth, they see the truth but, somethings cloud their minds. its not just they looking away from the truth.

If you try something you are presupposing failure to your actions. I think the word try came from a bunch of underachievers that wanted a fall back phrase to let them off easy for any failures that occur due to their actions or lack there of.

try is an attempt to succeed. try can go both ways. try and fail or try and succeed. thats my interpretation of the word try.
Seriously the best thing you can do is get rid of the word try from your vocabulary.
Best example put your keys in front of you and try and pick them up, super they should still be there because trying doesn't denote action. Now pick up your keys there you go you did it!
The truth is in front of us everyday. You have to make an effort to not see it, the ones that refuse to acknowledge it are constantly complaing about results in their life that just "occur" like they didn't have a choice, WRONG.

What I mean by power, is the realization that all the good things and bad things in your life are because of choices you have made in your life. Once you truly realize that, then you have true power. BTW you can be a Christian and a Buddhist at the same time.
