Shogun is great...but i was amazed that he was outstruck by Nakamura in their fight.

Shogun still needs to improve but he should have no problem with Forrest.

I wish he could do his soccer stomps.He was so awesome at that.
Hopefully he can adapt well with using elbows.

Shogun can still do axe kicks on downed opponents (GSP did it to Mayhem in their UFC bout a while ago)

not as effective as stomps, but can still leave bruises for sure.

just found out Wanderlei will return to the octagon in December, and his opponent, unfortuantley, will NOT be Chuck Liddell.

I think Forrest will give him a good fight... I think Forrest's boxing is better, Muay Thai is all Rua.

i really disagree. Forrest has sloppy boxing.

The only advantage I see Forrest having is probably heigth.(How tall is shogun)?

I'm about 90% sure shogun will kick some ass, but after seeing Crocop get KOed by Gonzaga and all the other upsets this year I just wouldn't be to suprised if he lost.

it's a decent event. glad to see Quarry back, but i heard he was kicked out of Team Quest or he left i dont know whole storty.

im mostly looking forward to the Florian fight.
