Huertas got my respect. He was awesome last night, he beat the crap of of Crane and using the big screen to check Crane's position was pretty smart!

I forgot about that. That was quick thinking on his part. UFC first as far as I know. Actually, it's probably an MMA first to use the screen like that.

Huerta vs Crane was probably one of the best fights last night. Crane's jiujitsu is incredible. if he just had more power, and cardio, he could have won that fight in so many ways. Great job to Huerta for his improvement.

Indeed. That was actually my favorite fight technique-wise.

Yep. I still wished he could have KOed Gonzaga though.

Do y'all remember the damn headkick Couture took!? Amazing.

Huertas said that he had used that technique before. Wonder how long until other fighters start using the big screen too.

Couture got hit hard with that kick but maybe it was me but Gonzaga didnt look championship material.

he's an intelligent fighter. He has to face Nog, Barnett (again) and Fedor.

those 3 are a must right now.

I've always thought that Gonzaga got too much hype anyway. He gets lucky with Crocop and suddenly people act like he's a top 5 contender. Seriously, I saw some lists of top heavyweights that him at 5. 🤨

Unfortunately, I highly doubt he'll face Josh or Fedor. Josh said he likes Japan too much to come to back to UFC and Fedor I'm not sure. Randy would probably lose to all though.

Mark my words though. Crocop will defeat Gonzaga in a rematch Randy will fight Crocop after Crocop wins this next one.

Wow. Randy is actually even more of a badass than everyone thought. It turns out, he was fighting with a broken arm as well.

Read the first article by Loretta Hunt.

yea i saw that broken arm this morning. Couture is a beast. he shook off a head kick and fought with a broken arm.

news on Fedor:

Apparently in a recent interview, Gilbert Yvel said he is facing Fedor in Bodog.

i see this as a pointless fight. Yvel has great kickboxing skills, but thats about it.

That's what puzzled me... Randy is a proven warrior who's went 5 rounds, he was the favorite in my mind.

Did you see that UFC cut Babalu? That sucks man... Always liked him.

Predictions for Champ vs. Champ: I say Rampage, Bisping & Congo win. What about ya'll?

can't believe Dana fired Babalu. i mean shit like that happens all the time but apparently he was fired for the stuff he said after the fight. poor sportsmanship.

as for Champ vs Champ, i'll be cheering for Rampage, but Hendo is definitley the smarter fighter.

Bisping will probably defeat Hamill, and Cro Cop will dominate Congo. CC has been training with Bonjansky for Kickboxing.

I'll take Rampage, tough to bet against Hendo though. I like "The Count" he's really aggressive, makes for good fights. I'll go with CroCop, he needs this win bad.

I think Rampage is in the best condtioning of his life.I think Hendo might be out powered in this fight.

Yeah, Rampage will have wgt on him, but Hendo has always fought bigger dudes... Hard to say, Hendo is so f'n tough.

Anyone watching WEC tonight?

i might watch it. dont have too much time. classes are a ***** this semester.

UFC free on Spike 2night!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

its going to be an incredible event.

cro cop lookd tired but very very focused at the weigh in's.

UFC 75 Spoiler

Spoiler:

Cro Cop is finished. This was shocking. Regardless of getting hit in the groin numerous times, Cro Cop did nothing. It was somewhat like the Mark Hunt fight. Kongo chased Cro Cop all around the octagon.

i have no idea what he's going to do. i say Cro Cop faces Herring next, and if he wins he gets a rematch against Big Nog. If he loses to Herring, let him face Arlovski. Or vice versa, face Arlovski first and then if he wins face Nog.

good luck to CC and his career as a fighter. his legacy is dying.

more spoiler

Spoiler:
i was wrong about the CC fight, but right about the Rampage one. Good fight. it went the distance, and rampage displayed great mma skills. not taking anything away from Hendo cuz he was defeating Rampage the first 2 rounds. very close fight, but Rampage took it at the end.

now time for Shogun to get his belt 😛

overall it was a decent event. i gave it a B-.

Hamil was robbed!!!!! I thought they lift they kinda sh!t back in Pride.

I would you give the last fight. You gotta give that one an A, world class grappling and nice standup exchages.

Spoiler:
Rampage really showed the world how much is grappling has come, he's is really turning into well verse fighter since his Pride days, and he doesn't look like he's slowing down anytime soon. I think if Henderson would have more aggresive with his wrestling instead of trying to standup with Rampage he coulda won, but alll the credit goes to Rampage for that fight, would love to see Dan work his way back up the ladder for another shot, and see these two go at it again.
