I just realized that my last post was the 1,000th post anniversary of this thread.
*Fireworks shoot off in the back of a large stadium resembling Pride. The stadium has a large sign reading "KMC Forum Thread ufc/pride". Inside the forum, a 2000 ft, floating plasma screen descends slighty above the ring in the middle of the forum. Several members take their seats as StyleTime enters the ring with a microphone in hand.*
StyleTime: Thank you. Thank you. No need for all the applause.
Mr. Slippyfist: ermm
mr.smiley: Don't have to worry about that...
StyleTime: We've seen the end of legends.
*Highlights of Ernest Hoost, Kazushi Sakuraba, and Genki Sudo play.*
StyleTime: As well as the rise of new champions.
*George St. Pierre is shown dominating Matt Hughes followed by Anderson Silva destroying Rich Franklin.*
StyleTime: We've even witnessed baby pictures of famous mixed martial artists.
*Baby Fedor appears on the screen.*
StyleTime: Through the good times.
*A still image of Shogun KOing Ricardo Arona appears on the massive screen.*
StyleTime: and the bad.
*Pride before being bought by the Fertita Brothers appears on the screen. The picture fades and is replaced by Dana White's close up.*

StyleTime: From George St Pierre's split decision win over BJ Penn and Chuck Liddel knocking out Randy Couture again to all of the upsets of 2007 and our debate against a girl who thinks that a kung fu master would destroy all of the UFC without even trying.
*StyleTime looks down. A girl dressed as a shaolin monk is standing outside the ring beside Darth Vicious.*
Frigid Soul: THEY CAN! MANTIS STYLE RULES! POINT SPARRING WOOH!!!
Darth Vicious: HOLY *&%^!
*Startled, Darth Vicious backflips into the seat behind him.*
Healing Artisan: ....how exactly did she get in here?
*Frigid Soul runs up to Mark Question, who is reclining in his seat, and attempts various nerve strikes*
Mark Question: ...
*Completely unharmed, Mark Question stands and executes a nice left, right, low kick combo on Frigid Soul. Before she can even fall, Mark performs a fireman's carry on the incapacitated Frigid Soul and "escorts" her out of the forum.*
Frigid Soul: *In a feeble voice* Not fair...these rules limit my chi.
Mark Question: 🙄
StyleTime:.....Anyway, we've been through a lot, and got many new members. To commemorate here's a tribute to our past.

StyleTime: cry Good times.... I don't know about you all, but I am looking forward to the next year in MMA. It's already gotten off to a fantastic start with Nogueira vs Sylvia and GSP vs Matt Hughes and there are still many great fights to see.
