That may be true, but TO cannot act up in order for Dallas to go all the way. Also TR can't botch the extra point. Even though he was taken off those duties. Don't you think the Saints stand a better chance of getting there before Dallas?

It's all about Romo and if he can play.

At the current level, Dallas can make the playoffs, but definitly not win. Defense is in the air (could good or great, or bad), they havnt shored up FS yet, which is the big need and they need to cut down on big passing plays.

They're not there yet, and nonbody knows if Garret and Wade Phillips can get them there.

What Dallas needs are are DB's that can intercept the ball.

Not happy with Ken Hamlin?

A good pickup for the price, definitly, but I heared that Hamlin is more of an hitter/slash ball hog, which is great, but because of Williams, the Cowboys need more of an coverage guy. A guy like Woodson, who was probably one of the best safety to ever play the game.

B-Ball, what are you smoking, LB? Your crazy, they have Ware, Ellis, Ayodale, James who are very solid (Ware is a beast), and good backup in Carpenter. LB is far from what they need. D-Line, yeah, probalby somebody who can back up at nose tackle, but Ferguson, Canty, Ratliff, Spears, and Hatcher. That's very solid core of young players (except Ferguson), if you add anybody else aside from a backup nose tackle, you'll just clog it up.

I do agree they need DB's, but DB's who are more raw and physically gifted instead of DB's who are ready because they already have Newman, and Henry and Glenn is a solid backup.

QB is fine for now. Give Romo another year to see if he isnt an one hit wonder, but Johnson and Romo are an solid crew.

If I had to draft for the Cowboys, WR and FS are the main things, while DB is secondary.

Ted Ginn might be available, good pick up?

Cincy got two Monday Nighters for the first time ever. Man we better get our act together this year...cuz we are better than 8-8.

If he is available, then yeah, I think Dallas can afford to take a chance.

Ever since I've watched Dallas, I've seen horrible punt returners and kickoff returners (aside from Deon Sanders), adding Ginn Jr wil be a huge upgrade at that position and with having Owens, Glenn, Crayton and Whitten....Ginn wouldnt be assumed to be the number 1 guy like he would be in the Titans organization and he would have a couple of years to get better in the league. He is the fastest guy available in the draft, but he isnt Calvin Johnson in terms of being ready for the NFL.

Needs a couple of years to get really good, and Dallas would be perfect with Owens and Glenn showing him the ropes. Heck, could be Moss all over again if they do not pick him up if he gets that high (which I highly doubt it...San Fran is soo getting him)

He ran a 4.38, I personally thought he was a lot faster. Actually I thought he could possibly be the fastest player in the NFL but the 40 time isn't impressive when you consider what his competition did.

But, 40 times doesnt really indicated if one player is faster than the other. Could be an injury to an ankle that decreases the speed, or just nervers and pressure.

By scouts view, Ginn is fastest.

40 time doesnt show what they can do with gear on making cuts and running routes. Also ginn hadnt been working out much at all, so he could prolly run it faster. EIther way a 4.38 is a great time, but its still just running a straight line with no pads. Why not gear them up and have them run the 40?

That's what I'm saying, they should definitely do that. What does the 40 prove anyway? It is all about in game speed and acceleration.

You just have to look clearly at why he ran that time.

A guy like David Bell ( I think thats his name), runs an 4.7 something, which is brutal, and runs it consistently at the time will generally be that fast.

A guy like Ginn though, he runs an 4.38, but has an ****ed up ankle, you might think he can run it faster.
