The page was made in 1998, and no one's made a similar one since. I wish there was one website where I could type in any player in the history of the league's name and it could give me any stat I want. If one does exist, where is it?

I think Landry has a very very strong chance of landing in Atlanta. Adrian Peterson will depend on how long russel and quinn are available.

Landry easily first 10, probably Falcons.

Peterson. Hmmm, maybe Browns, but I would say Vikings maybe, or Falcons, or Houston.

Funny nowadays is that teams are willing to get another RB if they already have a great one. The whole 2 back system is getting alot more popular.

Ive never been one to believe in the madden curse. The simple fact was they always put injury prone players (ie QB's who run a lot) on the cover. But I kinda hope Young does get hurt, for some reason I just find my self not liking him. I think him being the all time least deserving ROY winner has something to do with it.

I have a feeling that the "Madden Curse" will backfire with Young.

Simple math, take two negatives multiply it and turns into an positive.

So for example, the equation goes like this.

(+)player (x) madden curse(-) = x

x being the end result of the madden curse.....but when you take a player that has an negative (aka Young), the end result equals to a positive, thus having a great year. (or an mediocre year, but much better than one of the worst rookie of the year ever)

So yeah, **** Vince Young.

Ray Lewis, Marshall Faulk, and I could be wrong, but I think Urlacher also suffered from the curse. I get what your saying but I was just pointing out the non QBs that got hurt, and Jimmy Kimmel is the t!ts.

Ray lewis missed 1 game and he was capable of playing it, only they were out of the playoffs thanks to Kyle Boller so it didnt matter. Alexanders foot that broke was injured the year before, well before he was ever on the cover. George had the best season of his career when he was on the cover.

So yea some scrambling QB's and RB's have had bad injuries (they are prolly the most injury prone players on the field) but bottom line is with 2 or 3 exceptions its hardly a curse, its just football.

I dont know man, its still pretty suspect.

Hearst - career year, then after cover, broke his ankle in the playoff and wouldnt play until 2001 (1999 cover)

Dorsey Levens - after career year, gained only 200 yards the next year

Faulk - suffered an ankle injury, didnt rush for over 1,000 yards ever again

Vick - broke a fibula, only played 5 games

Lewis - hasnt been the same force after the cover, missed one game that year, and then missed half a season afterwords

McNabb - hernia

Alexander - broken foot, and even though it was injured, it still was broken that year.

Yeah, its probalby just a coinindince, but its pretty funny that most athletes on the cover didnt have a great a year afterwords aside from George.

I doubt if they will. The refs will probably make even more mistakes.

That reminds me: Is there a Webpage where I can find the current referee stats? I know, I know, it's minor information and not important when analyzing games.....but funny how it sure seems to be an important element every Monday morning in the fall.
