Horrible pass interference call, but the Ravens should have still been able to score there.

I agree, but They did had like 7 shots at tying the game . lol Did they forget how to run it?

In reality they should have been blown out. I mean , I know it is one of the top defenses in the league and we were without Chris Henry, but 6 TO's should equate to a blow out. It didn't help that our running game was awful tonight. But I've never been too happy with Rudi as the featured back personally. We should have taken Steven Jackson when we had the chance.

Oh Well. Palmer did his job, he didn't turn the ball over , and only took 1 sack despite Missing 3 Starters for the O-Line for most the game lol. Next week we get the Browns!

There was major league hitting in that game. In like the 84th toughest hit of the night, Heap got his neck popped after a reception.

Welcome to the AFC North.

I wasnt planning on watching that game (too many games of football), but I have to admit, that game was awesome. They're were hits abound.

PVRed it (TIVO) and I totally didnt add 30 minutes to tape time so I missed both games endings.

I know Marvin's on crutches, but if he merely manages to show up at Cleveland Browns Stadium, that's worth 10 points for the Bengals against the NFL's Dog of Dogs.

If the Patriots can stay healthy and keep their core players together they will sin the Superbowl. Vegas seems to agree.

This wouldn't happen to involve hidden video cameras, would it?

Yeah no kidding, I hope they stay aggressive. I was also impressed with Lemar Marshal's play. (# 52). Thanks Redskins.

i wonder what the penalty will be now that the NFL has come out and said the patriots did break the rules.

well the talk im hearing now is a big fine and losing draft pickS

also Cle just traded Frye to Seattle. This means Seneca will be used at WR a lot more, and Quinn will prolly get to start much sooner.

Chad will have at least 3 tds. Carson will throw for at least 300 yards. The Bengals will blow'em out.

Holy crap! This is so cool I needed to post it.

...

So the other day I'm thinking "Ah, remember those old NES games that were sweet..." One emulator-download later and I'm playing Tecmo Super Bowl. Good times. But here's where it gets better. I found Tecmo mods that allow you to play the original game with updated rosters. Ever want to play Tecmo Bowl with, say, the '96 Packers? Now I can.

I have about 1990-2003 (missing a few years in there though). They don't have newer versions to my knowledge. And it's all freeware at this point, so it isn't even illegal.

I'm hearing the samething.

Wouldnt it be funny that Belicheck's greatness was due to some workling videotaping every play call.

So that's how Belicheck beat Manning all those years......

GO STEELERS!!!!!!!!!

I must apologize to everyone in advance. Over the nest two months, i will be berating many people and their favorite teams as the Steelers rape and embarass their opposition.

Today, it seems i am going to shit on people from Cleveland. I know your life seems a bit empty since the Steelers rocked your Browns team, but dont feel bad, all hasnt been lost, you did have the pleasure of watching the Pittsburgh Steelers embarass your home town team. Next week it will be another team, but this week you can revel in the supreme presence that the Super Steelers left you with.

GO STEELERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My only comment is that we're 1-0 and have now beat the hated Browns 14 of the last 15 times. I really wish it were the Browns who were good and Bengals and Ravens who sucked. Kind of like 1994, when Bellichick coached the Browns. I don't think state-of-the-art video equipment existed back then, so that might explain the 29-9 wildcard schlacking Bellichick received that year.

A few comments from other message boards regarding the Patriot's video taping scandal:

Strange year for the NFL - it's favorite player gets inidcted on federal charges, then it's favorite team gets caught cheating.
Mangini is the key. He was a Pats assistant from 00-05 and if he discloses that they cheated during the SB years, they are ****ed. Mangini even worked for Belichick when he was the Browns HC. Mangini knows all and i hope he tells.

I was watching NFL network and Rod Woodson and Terrell Davis were talking about what they think should happen, Rod was in favor of them losing first round Draft picks, he said money isn't going to hurt them if they fine them.

But Davis said something that I think the league should do as well,....put them on probation like college does, no matter what their record is they are excluded from the postseason, he said that would hurt them more then any fine or losing draft picks ever would.

What's sad is... as the pats fans are pointing out, the team will use all this negative media attention and turn it into the disrespect tag.
Response: I hope the Chargers use it and disrespect them up and down the field.

Calling the Pats the "league's favorite team" is laughable. I can't think of a more hated team in the past 5 years or so. Neutral fans seemed happy for Peyton, and even the Steelers, but unless you're a Pats fan, most others hate Brady/Belicheck/Pats/etc.

It might be wrong, but I'm hoping Brady gets injured for a bit so Vinny Testaverde can come in. With that talent, he'd do nearly as well. A Testaverde led Super Bowl team would be priceless.

You just want to argue with everything, don't ya? 😛

The guy means the NFL's favorite team, not the fans' favorite team. The league runs the NFL Network, where it's pretty clear that they continuously get the most positive coverage. It's almost like Indianapolis Who? Are you sure they won the Super Bowl last year? And now back to Pats Total Access...er, NFL Total Access.

True true. Though I don't need to argue with everything ( 😉 ). Just anyone who doesn't like Tony Romo.

The Bengals have sucked long enough haven't they!? lol

Now, Belicheck is telling the commish that he interpreted the rules wrong.

What the ****.... it says dont use cameras to videotape signals, so dont ****ing videotape shit.

But of course, Belicheck is thinking, "well, we are the Patriots, nonbody would care because we the Patriots."
