I'm glad the Browns won today but they should have won by at least 2 more touchdowns. The offense got inside the 10 two or three times and only came away with 3 points for each drive. Don't get me wrong, I'll take 3 points over none but they really should have punched those drives in for 7 each time.

Romo for MVP. That's right....not backing down on this.

And for the record, I've been on the bandwagon since he subbed in for Bledsoe. So if the knee-jerk reactors want to join me, they're welcome to, but I've already got a nice warm seat on the bus.

Agreed!

packers 4-0 and next weekend againsed the bears there going to win because the bears are sorta sucking this season so far!

I'll give Romo the MVP over Favre.

Funny thing is, if the season ended today, they'd both be in the conversation.

Possibly the only QB I like more than Romo is Favre, so I'm huge fans of both. But right now the MVP is Brady's to win or lose.

...and my Romo comment was after week 1. Just sayin' ... 😉

I do agree with you about Brady. I think tomorrow, at least 350 yards passing and 5 tds.

They better all be to Moss.

I face Brady in one of my money leagues this week but have Randy...so I can blunt some of the blow hopefully.

Brady won't throw for 5 TD's. I guarantee it. Probally more like 3.

I think Romo can win the title as of right now over Brady.

They're both playing extremely well, but I think Romo gets the nod.

Steelers are going to win the AFC I guarantee it.

I'm bumping this when in fact the Steelers win the AFC. 🙂

Also Cowboys in the NFC.

Week 4 12:09 AM Monday OCT 1 2007

For todays game I got the Pats over the Bengals, it will be a close game, probably end up being 10. Hoping Moss can get a few TD's so I get the W in the fantasy league.

Also I'm eagerly anticipating Dwayne Jarrett's first NFL start. Ass hat Panthers wont bring him off the inactive list. Apparently, he is having a hard time getting off the line on press coverage, but they are saying everything else about him is ace. It's not like their other receivers are doing anything special. Now I'm wishing they never drafted him. Keyshawn was going to teach him how to do exactly that, but they cut him, looks like it was a bad move. They waisted a 2nd round pick on a receiver who can't get off the line of scrimmage on press coverage.

Also it looks like the Cards are a pretty decent team. They might be able to win that division, didn't think they would beat the Steelers, even with that two QB rotation of theirs...never seen anything like it. I don't really like it, but I guess if it works, why not? Just don't start starting Kurt Warner.

So you really think the Pats and Colts are not as good as the Steelers?

One thing, the Steelers are going to have to clean up the stinkbomb special team performance ala yesterday.

After 3 stellar weeks of special teams perfection, they looked like a JV team out there on kick returns and coverage. Tomlin admits he made a mistake by not getting fresh gunners out there on the rekick that went for a TD.

The absence of Ward was obvious. With the exception of Holmes, who was brilliant, with the lack of separation the other WR's got, it looked like they were covering the DB's, not the other way around. It's pretty clear that the Steelers WR core consists of Ward, Holmes, and a bunch of scrubs.

People generally make SB predictions before the season, not 1/4 of the way into it.

😛

Not if the Colts or Patriots have anything to say about it.

Captain Comeback does it again!

In yo face you Brady haters!

W00t! 💃

In my opinion, the only way to beat the Pats in crunch time (i.e. playoffs) is to ensure that the following is done:

1) Get at least 3 first downs on each drive
2) Get pressure on the Patsie's 2nd down play and tie up the scat backs. That is usually the time for their signature dump-off play to make up for first down or advance the chains on 2nd and short. Watch it, Brady will throw a dirtball because he "knows" he can get the first down on third down. Actually, it happened a few times last night.
3) Don't be too proud to let a free safety cheat on Moss. Not sexually, of course.

Cadillac Williams out for season. http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=3044754

And

Kevin Everett is already moving is arms and legs.

Patriots kick ass!

even though they cheated in a couple games, they've still been able to say #@$% you and just dominate the competition!

Hahahahahahahahahahhahahahaahahahahahaahah...awesome.

Hahahahahah.

Dude, the Patriots havnt dominated anybody. They've played the Jets, the Bills, the Chargers and the Bengals. Hardly good competition.

I do agree that the Pats are the best team in the league, but are not dominating teams.
