I think when people say that the AFC is more dominant, they mean as a whole, and not just the top teams. Kinda like a 10-6 can get a first round bye in the NFC, but miss the playoffs in the AFC.

unfortunately the refs took this one from them. Sure they f'd up plenty in the end. But the clock never ran on the onside kick and then they only went back and took 2 seconds off. I am sorry but 2 seconds? what make believe play did they see that only lasted 2 seconds. Instead of starting with 18 seconds Dallas should of only had somewhere in the 14-16 range. And yes 2-4 extra seconds would have made a HUGE difference.
However on that last pass to Crayton why was everyone on the Bills playing back and giving up the underneath stuff? they should of never let them throw underneath hell give up the deep ball dare romo to throw for the endzone but you cant just let him pick up another free chunk of yards. Its really a shame for Edwards, if he didnt throw that pick the game was over. I dont care about either team but I would have enjoyed seeing buffalo win it.

Their secondary is not an aspect to be relied on. Their safety's are rarely worth mentioning.

Okay, before I went to work, I watch the DirecTV Shortcut of the Saints/Panthers game. One glaring problem: There were 6 possessions in the last 7 minutes of the game!!!! The Panthers didn’t even get their tying score until possession #4. How in the hell do you expect to close out games and beat anybody if you have a 7 point lead and become a part of 6 possessions in the last 7 minutes of the game????
Leinart out for season with broken collarbone. Really sucks, I was looking forward to him and Warner leading that team to the playoffs(sound weird?). But Warner should do great on his own. I hope Whisenhunt still sticks with Leinart next season. I also hope for the sake of Leinart that Warner retires and goes to another team to be a QB coach, or possibly a head coach some time in the future. Or if Whisenhunt doesn't want to stick with Leinart as the future of this franchise, as a fan, I will be happy if he can go somewhere where they will stick with him and let him learn, a team not looking for immediate success. I honestly didn't think Arizona was looking for that, but I get the impression so far that they are. Who would have thought? New head coach, a QB in his second year, coming off a horrible season and lottery pick, offensive line stinks(improved) Whisenhunt is the best!
I think he was and still is the most NFL ready QB out of that group. But even with those kind of players, you still have to give time to. You can't expect him to come into the league and have the kind of success he had a USC, it's just unheard of, especially when the time that he gets to sit back in the pocket and analyze the field is significantly shortened. I think he needs to get use to that. But there is no question in my mind that he'll end up having more success and the better career than Cutler and Young.
so whos gonna be the first one to shout out madden curse! I am going to make a preimptive explanation. Its more of Young being an extremely injury prone player (like several other madden cover boys) because of his play style. Also it could be a good thing for the titans seeing as young tends to play like shit.
