The steelers are not in the same clas of the PAtriots? how can you say that? they both made it to the same deciding game for the superbowl. Every time the patriots play the steelers, the games usually always come down to the last minutes of play. Aside from the two games this season where the steelers did spanking and got spanked themselves. I am sorry to break it to you man, but the playoffs are nothing more than a regular season game with consequences. Greatness is not defined by a playoff win, but by actions and consistancy. One team can win a superbowl and never be heard from again. the steelers may not be the team to beat from season to season, but they are always the one to beat the teams to beat. I am not taking anything away from the pats, because they are an awsome team, but to say they are not in the same class of the patriots is idiotic.
five years ago the Pats were in the same boat as the steelers. They were an invisible team that people never really took seriously. However, they always made the plays and the playoffs aswell. They just happend to start clicking and got some better players and coaching strategies. The steelers have always been consistant with a few hic-cups here and there. They have always been a well rounded team but lacked play makers. Now that they have them there showing potential to be top team. Just like the PAts. as soon as the pats got some play makers they have become the team to beat.
