Pac man has returned

won't be too long until he fracks up again but this time he may be out the league

Dallas is starting to get all their players back.

It's going to be interesting to see just how explosive that offense will be, once Felix Jones returns and Romo is 100% healthy and how good that defense is, with a healthy Newman and with Adam Jones back in the fold.

Wont get Jones back until Dec 7th.

I still think they will implode like before.

The only thing that held the Cowboys back were injuries.

Not sure what you mean by implode?

Before Romo got hurt they weren't playing really good at all.
They barely beat the Bengals, lost to Washington(badly) and lost to Arizona. They got destroyed by the Rams, and even if they had Romo, they would of still lost.

All is not perfect in Dallas. They'll make the playoffs now, but they will still not beat anybody.

Dallas will be fine. They just need to get some games under their belt, which is good that they have two (should be) easy games coming up. Romo is still injured but at least looks a lot better than Johnson. Kosier is back and helped out the offensive line. Newman coming back was very big. He shut down Moss, how was the one guy that burned Dallas in their last meeting.

I don't expect Adam Jones to help out much, but Felix Jones will once he gets back. Hopefully with the changes they've made on offense and with Wade Phillips now giving his input for the defense, this team can start looking like a championship team again.

Ill say they'll make the playoffs, but the Giants look alot more championship quality than Dallas right now.

only to practice and such he still has to sit 2 more games.

And they lost Felix Jones for the season.

Hopefully he doesn't turn out to be a consistent IR guy.

😮

Just as a ho-hum FYI in this Dallas/USC Alumni thread, last night was the first time ever that my two teams played at the same time. I'm talking GT & Steelers, of course. And this may be a bit sad, but it was one of the best nights of my life. Had to go out and watch it b/c my PIP option totally sucks on my TV so I couldn't watch them both at the same time...but at a bar both screens were right in front of my face.

Two numbers: 472 & 208.

472 was the number of rushing yards GT piled up against Miami.
208 was the total number of Bengals yards (period!) allowed by the Steelers.

Now to get some yardwork done this weekend.

Andy Reid is more of an idiot that I thought. He knew that Philly hated him and McNabb at the moment so he decided to bench McNabb at halftime hoping the Philly fans would be back on his side. Sure McNabb has been bad but did he really expect Kolb to do better? If he did he is delusional. When you can't run the ball, the defense will sit on the pass, thats why the offense can't do sh*t.

I wonder if Brady is at all nervous what with Cassel suddenly playing the way he is?

yea mcnabb has been terrible recently but so have other people around him. Its not all his fault. Pretty clear now that 1 or both of them wont be back next year.

I hope he goes to the Vikings. I think he would fit well because he doesnt have to pass all the time and he has one of the best running attacks to help him out a lot.

Look at at 5 in a row by Kolb. Maybe he will prove me wrong.
EDIT: INT for a TD on 2nd and inches. He is soo good.

Not really, Cassel is playing for a nice contract, but I think he should stay as Brady's back up

You mean next year right?

There shouldnt be a discussion about who is going to start. Would it be the same discussion if Jim Sorgi played decently well if was Manning was hurt?

No.

Cassell is playing for a contract for a team without a starting QB. There a few out there. It would be retarded for him to be the backup for Brady. He isnt going to learn more, or be a better player in the long run subbing for Brady.

Take the contract and become a starter for the Lions, or some other team.
