HAHAHAHAHA..

Once more another dumb fracking football player who just doesn't realize that it is an honor and a privilege to play in the NFL...

Apparently Plaxico Burress was at a football players fave night spot and shot himself in the foot

lol didnt catch the part about him shooting himself just heard he was "accidentally" shot at a night club. Why do these morons carry guns? Hire big body guards to do that.

Man what a waste.

And he needs to prove that he is up for it by beating Cassel in training camp, plain and simple.

That training camp "controversy" was solved yesterday, plain and simple.

Cassell will not be a Patriot next year. He is an UFA and recently stomped by the Steelers defense in the 2nd half of yesterday's game, something that would have definitely not happened to Brady.

Yeah, I see that. My post was directed toward the ridiculous chatter on this board from last week.

The chatter was based on Casell's outstanding play the previous two weeks, and IF he kept it up, and IF Brady was not 100%.

Yep thats why I just stayed out of it. It was a pointless conversation. And yea 5 sacks, 4 turnovers think its solved.

Plus a couple of INT's, numerous bad throws and 2 INT's that would of happened if the DB's didnt drop the ball like it had anthrax on it.

(granted the WR's played equally as shitty, but that Moss drop in the end zone wouldn't of counted because he would of been easily out of bounds)

A few things I saw yesterday,

Awful reffing (that non call on the Oguadslawnat on the Bears from hitting the QB from behind after he released the ball 4 second before)

Madden yelling at Michaels when he tried to make the ref look good by saying it wasn't intentional and was a judgment call. ( Madden basically said its not the decision the ref makes, because he hit the QB, the QB is on the ground this equals penalty)

Everybody is talking about the Jets, and the Titans not realizing that the Colts are hot, Manning is playing extremely well and there without Sanders, Saturday and Brackett (if he is out or not). If they come back and do well, that's one team I wouldn't want to face in the playoffs. Would anybody take Manning over Collins?

Dallas wont make the playoffs. Too tough of a schedule. I have a feeling they will lose either Steelers or Giants., and then got the Ravens and Philly, who always plays them hard.

While I agree that the Colts are THE team you do not want to face 1st round in playoffs, I did watch that Browns/Colts game yesterday, and their offense looked putrid outside of their little retractable dome.

The Colts run defense looked good, but I don't know what it is with the Browns, but I swear to God they drop about 10 passes per game.

It did, but everybody is worried about their defense but they've shown they can win games.

Everybody will say its going to be Steelers or the Titans. I won't be surprised if its a Manning bowl this year.

not sure the colts run D was that good. Browns and more so jamal lewis cant run on any team. I think hes only cracked 90 yards 1 time his life as a starting RB in the nfl is clearly over.

I agree about dallas, with Steelers, Giants, Ravens, Eagles I dont see them doing better than .500 in those games.

Yea but you guys are in trouble. Without williams/williams your D takes a huge hit. Jared Allen wont be anywhere near as effective and it will be a lot easier running on you.

Dallas might get hot and beat them.

They can beat the Steelers, Eagles and the Ravens easily. ( and lose easily also)

The Giants one could be a close one but its not like Dallas does not have the skill to play with them. Giants did blow out the Cowboys, but that was Brad Johnson as QB.

The MVP battle is going to be interesting. Warner and Brees wont get it. Haynesworth wont either. But I'm suprised nobody has said Eli Manning?
If you want to go the whole valuable part of the term MVP, what about Romo. He clearly is the most important part of the Cowboys.

the problem with valuable part is a ton of people fit. Say you just look at those that are gonna make the playoffs and then pick the guy most valuable to their team. Well the colts would likely be about 4-12 without manning so isnt he automatic? Cowboys clearly were not fit for the NFL without Romo, The only reason the redskins have accomplished anything is Portis taking over games but they most likely wont be in the playoff picture and portis is hurt so who knows what the end of his season will look like.

Its such a hard award and lacks a clear distinction of what you should base it on. If the Vikes make it the playoffs I predict Peterson gets it, because he will be the top RB in the league and the only way they are making it is if he carries them in these final 4 games. Also because then voters dont have to decide between a mess of QB's some who have the stats some who have the "valuable" quality.

Oh but on D player of the year I will say it is James Harrison's to lose. Ware and Porter have had great years but Harrison has more tackles, double and tripple the fumbles forced and is the only one with a INT. And his team is making the playoffs for sure.
