well steelers/ravens winner should win the superbowl. The left over in the NFC is a joke.
Everybody always says that. The Giants were jokes last year, but who won the Superbowl? The Dodgers were jokes yet they knocked off the Cubs. The Celtics were jokes when they almost lost to the Hawks, but they ended up beating the Lakers in the Finals didn't they? It does not matter what any team did in the regular season anymore, it only matters how they are playing now. Sure, the Eagles WERE jokes when they tied the Bengals and got killed by the Ravens, and the Cardinals WERE jokes when they got blown out in almost every game after they clinched, but they don't look like jokes now do they?
I said Eagles-Ravens Superbowl when the playoffs started, let's see if I'm right. pray
Celtics arnt quite the same as they were dominate in the regular season.
Eagles have been on a nice roll recently so they arnt as bad, I just dont like them lol.
The Cards are a joke they were 3-7 outside the NFC West (the rest of the NFC West was (13-35) But your right they are playing well now. I just dont like, that teams like that even get the chance. Put a lot of teams in playoffs who had down years and they might put together a run of a couple good games.

You just won the World Series I dont think your in that big of a need
Around here some people are jokes and only care about the Eagles. There was one guy who loves the Phillies but was rooting for them to lose because he wanted the Eagles to be the first team in Philly to win a championship in 25 years. He showed up to the parade in a Rays jersey.
I wonder if Joe Flacco was an Eagles fan when he was growing up? Audobon is 5 minutes away from me and about 10 mins away from Philly. I've played his brother's in baseball.

I don't care for the Cards either but Ken Whisenhunt called a masterful AFC playoff gameplan in 2005 (let's not go into Super Bowl play-calling details 😄 ).
As far as this defensive emergence, I don't know why, but two things kind of stick in my head as far as that goes.
1) that much of the defensive problems were figured out during the season, but since the division was wrapped up so early (for all intents and purposes it was), there was no way the new strategies and schemes were going to be unveiled until the playoffs.
2) Getting blown out 4 times in the regular season really lets you know what needs to be fixed. 😱
Not saying that's right by any stretch, but that's what popped into my mind.

Sanchez to enter draft. USC has no chance of winning the title next season.I'm wondering what team will draft him. He's going to be battling Stafford as the #1 QB in the draft, I just hope to god he doesn't go to Detroit. A fellow Trojan went there and had his career ruined.
lol yea cause roy williams, furrey, calvin johnson all had such terrible times being a WR in detroit. Detroit sucks at a lot of things but all they did was throw the ball, its not their fault Mike Williams didnt have the chops for the NFL, even the raiders got rid of him and they have no WR talent then the Titans cut him after a week, they also have no talent at WR.
Also Sanchez is generally ranked as the #3 QB behind Stafford and Bradford but theres a lot of time for things to change. Last mock I was looking at had Sanchez to the Vikings.
That would be funny, I would love to see Booty finally sitting behind Sanchez where he belonged while at USC.
Bradford is staying, so that moves Mark up to #2. Stafford has the strong arm going for him, but he's not really a good QB. Or at least he wasn't at Georgia.
34 TD's to only 10 interceptions speaks for itself. He has a very strong arm, and he's mobile. I think after the combine, he'll move up past Stafford. Who will be pegged as a gun slinger, who isn't that accurate. But we'll see.
I'm just hoping Mark changes his mind. 🙁
ah yea just saw that Bradford is coming back guess he wants to hold out to try to be #1

Gunslingers tend to go earlier than the draft then most other QB's.Not saying this is a good thing but it's very likely a gunslinger would be drafted first.
yea teams would rather see a guy with the arm and think they can develop the rest of the skills. Flacco was primarily just a big arm guy coming out and I would say he has had some success.
I guess, look at Jay Cutler, he wasn't a good college QB either. But he also wasn't the first QB taken in his draft, and neither was Flacco. We'll see.
Looks like ESPN's sources are saying he is coming out, but his father is saying he is still undecided.
Both Flacco and Cutler were never considered to be a top draft pick. When the Ravens took Flacco, on most mock boards, he wasn't even in the first round.
I don't remember the situation with Cutler but I thought he was suppose to be picked mid to late 1st round, and that people though Shannahan got him to early.
