It's not the same thing. We never got a Superbowl W. We need this, especially w/all the dumb shit going on around here.
theres plenty of sports cities that are worse off. There was an article on the front page of ESPN a week or so ago about Seattle having the worst sports year ever. Seahawks collapse of injuries, sonics leave, Mariners have worst year ever, huskies fell apart, etc.. Mariners have NEVER been to WS and Seahawks have never won it, plus it rains every day Philly has no "need" over them. (or NO or a number of other places)

Stafford has the strong arm going for him, but he's not really a good QB. Or at least he wasn't at Georgia. 🙁
I generally agree with this statement. I think his biggest weakness is his decision-making ability early on in games. With him at the helm, Georgia has struggled often in the 1st half. Maybe it's his nerves or being a little too confident, not sure, don't know the guy personally.
That being said, the guy can hit a skinny post pattern like nobody's business.

Well it's final. Sanchez to enter NFL draft. ESPN has him as the #1 rated QB.Funny, I don't remember all this hype for Booty. Someone explain to me why he even had a job.
And to think we could have had a 3 year starter in Mark.
Sanchez is talented to make it in the pros as for who is next in line I have no idea, but Pete Carroll is a very smart man so you know he has a plan..
Are all the reports TRUE about Owens being let go by Jerry Jones, If so it really isn't a surprise

Well, was he ready last year?
Sometime it takes a year for a player to do well. Tebow wasn't the starting QB when Leak was still playing for them. ( I know Tebow played but it was one of two players, run forward, and run forward and jump pass)
I've noticed on alot of mock picks and drafts. The highest rated player in the position doesn't necessarily go higher.

Well as much as "experts" will rank them and we watch them an have opinions each team spends a LOT of time talking to them and going over every single aspect of their game. No team is gonna have the same big board and while sometimes picks dont seem to make sense to us average folk the teams spend a lot of time looking at these kids and how they will fit their teams.
I guess Lions/Cheifs/49's/Jets could all be looking QB in round 1.
Yeah, my favorite pick of all time is the Cowboy's DeMarcus Ware pick. Totally out of nowhere that he would be picked over Merriman. I don't remember if he was even in the top 15 for most mock drafts.
" Perfectly suited to stand up over tackle in a 34 defense and could eventually develop into a solid strong side linebacker"
That's what Scout.com said about him......hahaha. awesome.
Well thats a perfect example with teams who run a 3-4 vs a 4-3 they might take a player who appears to be a reach but they think they fit their team better.
Every mock in the world right now has Crabtree to Seattle. I am really not sure if I want him or not. WR seems to be one of the positions that has a high bust rate but he does seem to have that calvin johnson level of talent and we need a playmaker badly. I just hope they dont take another ****in DE this year I was so pissed last year. I really want to trade away Peterson, lock up leroy hill, get some help at DT/O-line/CB and I think we will be alright.

Well the Falcons/Dolphins have shown that its possible to turn it around in 1 year with the right moves should be interesting as always.
True but, the Phins had a relatively easy schedule as well, and last year they lost a lot of games by only a few points.
I think next year will show on whether or not they have shown progress.

You go from 1-15 to beating out an 11 win Patriot team to win a division and go to the playoffs you made HUGE progress I dont care if you had the 32nd ranked sos.

No there are plenty of worse places, like say anywhere in Michigan, New Orleans, etc..
