He meant week 10 because it's Philly vs. San Diego.

The team's Superbowl hopes go down the drain if Vick is starting at QB. They can still be competative and possibly make the playoffs, but IMO not much farther than that.

I was reading TMQ and he said basically the same thing.

Supposedly, defensive players while playing against Vick would look at this eyes and if he was looking to left, everybody who was covering somebody on the right of the field would basically let their man go because he never looked back the other way.

😆 @ Vick doing terrible. Too bad I missed a lot of since I was watching the Phillies. I might have to take my statement of still being able to "be competitive" with Vick at QB. Obviously it's expected for him to do bad with being in jail for 2 years, but it is still against the backup defense of the Jets.

I just thought it was funny watching a little white RB run over an NFL team even if it was scrubs.

Oh I said "I can't wait to see him in Week 10" because I'm going to literally see him in Week 10: I'm going to the Charger/Eagle game.

Anyway, I don't know much about how effective or good Vick would be at QB, or how the Eagles record would suffer. I just think it's good to see Vick getting back to the league after the controversy.

He hasn't been playing well in preseason. I cannot see him doing well, or atleast similar to what he did with the Falcons.

It was his first couple games in 2 years. Give him time. He'll return to form.

I don't think he will.

Mark Sanchez will go down as the greatest QB in history. Jets 11-5 this year

Well Vick has averaged less than 175 yards a game in the air on his career and only a 1.37 TD:INT ratio completing less than 53% of his passes and never gone over 3,000 yards came close once but last 3 years was right around 2,400 pretty steady.

It wont take much to return to form as a passer for him, because he was never much of one. Now can he get back to the 100+ carries at 8 yards a carry he did a few times that will be the real question.

Bruce that is uncalled for, please do not attack his opinion or I may need to contact a moderator.

Richard Seymour just got traded to the Raiders....wtf?

hmm interesting move by the Patriots. I guess they just assume they can out score anyone anyway lol? He is only 29 and a beast but his contract is up this year and I guess they did not plan on paying him and now they get a 1st round pick out of it.

Even if his contract is up, it still doesn't make sense.

Strange as hell. Doesn't make sense what so ever.

Exactly my thoughts. It reminds me of the Lawyer Milloy situation back in 2002.

Thats 3 guys gone now who have been a big part of the Patriots dynasty: Vrabel, Bruschi and Seymour. Hard to knock them though, they generally make it work out for them.

Bruschi made absolute sense. He was old. Vrabel also.

Seymour is strange. Something is obviously up.

Seymour's in his prime, Bruschi and Vrabel aren't, that's why it reminds me of the Lawyer Milloy situation a lot.

I forgot Harrison is gone to, and yea those other guys are old just saying the look of the Patriots is changing. They still have Warren and Wilfork among a couple other veterans on the DL and drafted 2 guys int he 2nd and 6th round for the DL so guess they are just working on getting younger.

Plus it is the raiders, lets face it that has a good shot at a being a top 5 pick in a draft which Brady and Moss will be 34 going into.
