freeney is more important to the team than james, the O-line is more important, they even considered keeping Wayne more important. Remember also this is a job so money is important. We dont know how much $ the colts offered, maybe they offered a really shitty deal to him. Plus he gets to run on SF and STL now.

the QB fiasco is finnaly settled.

Culpepper to the Dolphins for a second round pick
Brees signs with Saints right after 6 years for $60 million
Kitna signs with Lions, he will likely beat out harrington for the starting job
Saints will now draft demario the best D player in the draft, giving Leinart to the Titans, and Vince Young to the Jets.. looks like NY just got mighty lucky.

TO was finnaly cut and keyshawn right after? Dallas sure seems to be making room for TO.

Sure looks like it. Im still not 100% sure of Brunnel to run this team for an entire year though. and you could really use a nickleback

Yeah, Freenay is alot more important than James.

I cant believe Culpepper is worth one second round pick? Thats ridiculous. Miami is probably laughing thier asses off.
I dont like that Bree's is going to the Saints. I would rather have Lienart than Bree's. And he's cheaper and didnt have major shoulder surgery in the winter.
For the draft though, unless the Texans trade away the pick.
Bush
Ferguson
Lienart
Hawk
I still dont think Vince Young will go in the top ten. That might change once his pro days is done.

It looks like TO will go to Dallas, but Johnson getting released was more about the cap space and Johnson wanting more money. He's 34 years old, and Dallas will hopefully get an younger and more explosive WR. I dont think it will be TO, but I might be wrong. ( I dont know if thats a good thing or not)

Mario Williams actually will likely go #2 to the Saints, they need him more than Ferguson. I think the Jets have to take Young, because of pennington's injury issues and they did nothing in the off season to fill the QB needs, but if they decide not to I wouldnt be too suprised to see Young fall down the draft board.

Yeah, maybe.

But I dont think the Saints can pass up on Ferguson, I think he's going to be one of the great lineman in the next 10 years.

The Jets might pick up Young, but the new coach is a defensive coach and they havnt cut Pennington yet, and if they dont, then I cant see the coach passing up on an great OLB in Hawk.

Young might be the type of player that needs nuturing into NFL defences. I dont think he can start as an rookie. Remember, he played great in the Rose Bowl mostly on he's speed, but the NFL, some linebackers are faster than he is and they already played Vick.
I wont be surpraise that he will go to the Jets or Raiders, but if not, then I have no idea.

Yeah that is horrible, but Culpepper said trade or realease. So the Dolphins were smart not to offer much because than they could have just signed him as a free agent.

well Im glad at least one person here understands that Losing James will hurt the Colts BIG time.

I love it!!!! The Chargers are going to suck this upcoming football season. I have nothing against them as a team or organization I just hate their coach Marty Schottenheimer. He is such an idiot and sucks as a coach.Everytime he gets to the playoffs his mind freezes up and he panics and always make decisions that cost his football teams games. Now that he no longer has Drew Brees around to make him look good, people in San Diego are going to find out just how much he really sucks as a coach. 😆 They wont be a playoff contender this year.Without Brees, the defensive line will now be able to crowd the line of scrimmage and stop the run and they wont have a threat of a passing game anymore. 😆 The Chargers will now be like the way the Chiefs-I mean the Kansas city clowns 😄 were when he was their coach.A great defense but conservative and bad offense that costs them important games.I was watchhing some NFL game last year and I remember the announcers saying if the chargers did not sign Brees that there would be a revolt in the players locker room against Marty Schottenheimer and there will be now. 😆 Marty The Moron doesnt know anything about good quarterbacks. He proved that in Kansas city when he always insited on Rich Gannon being a backup to steve Bonehead and Elvis Grbrc. That he wasnt good enough to be a starter there.Everybody in Kansas city always knew he was much better than those two guys, everybody except marty of course. 😆 Marty never wanted Brees as his starting quarterback in the first place,he wanted Rivers to be the starter a couple years ago.But Brees played so well in camp and during the regular season that Marty HAD to give him back his job.So after having two great back to back football seasons and making it to the probowl what does marty The moron do? He lets him go to the saints.Typical of marty shittenheimer. 😆

well aparantly the jets want matt schaub, as do the cowboys, ravens, and someone else i cant remember. Pennington isnt getting cut either because he re-did his deal. Still gonna be some interesting moves coming up the next few weeks.

Parker dont forgot the chargers still have a #1 pick QB ready to go.

Vikings.

True but he is untested.Just because he is a number one pick doesnt mean he will be a great find like Brees was and even if does turn out to be a good QB like Brees did.It wont happen within a couple seasons. It will take time for him to develop.and by that time the owner will have given Marty 6 years to have turned that club around and all Marty will have to show for it will be one playoff appearance in 6 years and that will be the kick in the pants for Marty. 😆 That owner was stupid enough to bring him back after they went 6-10 that one year, they only turned things around after that, thanks to the play of Drew Brees so he'll give him about a couple years to turn the club around and when Marty doesnt,He'll see the light about him and fire him after the 2007 season. 😄

I cant see the Cowboys picking up Schaub.
I'm disappointed in the Cowboys. They havnt signed an free safety and they let go a good WR. And as of right now, havnt signed an WR to atleast make the offence good.
If they can get a FS, that defense will be great, but all the good ones have left the building.
Thier line needs a good RT.
And they still need OLB.

Oh, Bill Parcells, what are you going to do.

Parker, we never said that James will not be missed, I only said, its not as bad as you think. They can always get an replacement. They just have to change thier offence a bit. Less playaction.

From the Under the Radar department: The Titans are quietly putting together a nice FA signing period, with Mawae, Thornton, Hope, and Givens adding nice complimentary talent to the mix. Hell, they just got quality players to account for almost 1/5 of their starters! Not saying they'll make the playoffs or are the next coming of the 1988 49ers, but I like what they're doing here.

Yeah, they are.

Cowboys arnt having a good one. Bah Humbug.

they got T.O.

They got T.O.? he wont last long with the cowboys.Parcells wont put up with his crap.

Well, I dont know about this pick up.
If it works, it will make the offense pretty damn good, but it's T.O.
I have to wait and see.
They have made thier O-line better with the pick up of Fabini and Kosier. It has more depth, and Im wondering if Allen is getting released.

Parcells wont put up with his crap, but he's different than Ried or Marucci. He has the ability to take a player that has problems and make him play for his team, and the problems discontinued. It happened with Keyshawn Johnson.

But I know for one thing, it will atleast be more exicting football.
Now, just need an Free Safety.

I hate TO, and being an Eagles fan I hate the Cowboys, so I didn't want him to go there. I have a feeling he will start acting better because if he doesn't, he won't get paid. And TO most of all wants to be paid. I would love it though if he completley SUCKED this year.

Yeah, but I dont think thats going to happen.

I have no idea what I think about this move.

heres a BIG F*ck you to the Vikings from Seattle, as we get Nate Burelson the best offensive player you had. Thats what you get for putting that lame clause in Hutche's contract so we couldnt keep him. Add that to giving away Daunte and you have yourself a last place season ahead of you.

Keyshawn in Carolina is really nice for them, he will compliment Smith well.

We were gonna be in last place anyway. 😐

I heard now that the Vikings actually are trying to trade up to get Young or Leinart. I hope so.
