Well, bad things happen in threes. For pittsburgh:

1. Santonio Holmes got arrested
2. Big Ben got in a car crash (idiot [I'm a Pittsburger and a Steeler fan])
3. Santonio Holmes got arrested AGAIN!

So let's hope nothing else happen to our beloved Black and Gold.

Waves happen in threes. It's over with and let's get the season rolling!

AMEN BROTHER!!!!

hahahahaha. It's not even July yet..yesh hahaha

Okay, finally hockey, basketball, college world series (almost), and the world cup are finally out of here. I'll take NFL training camp stretching exercises over any of them. I would take Gus Frerrotte yakking behind a tree over Shaq slamming home the winning dunk any day. 1 month to go.

Dont forgot darts.

this time i cant respect what ricky did. 8 carries 14 yards. 1 catch for 1 yard. Roberts went for over 100 yards and a TD, i forget what school he played for, but he played in ncaa at the same time at ricky

Yah, that's pretty brutal.

I didnt see the game, but I know that Toronto's O-line is very crappy, and now a couple of starters are gone, and that the first team QB is gone.

EDIT: Just read some articles about the game and some fans point of view about the game. The whole Toronto offense played brutal. Williams could of done a bit better but with an unexperienced QB (even in CFL standerds), no o-line to speak of, and WR's not catching the ball, it seems that the defense was basically playing Williams every time... I'm sorry, but the guy isnt superman. But still, he could of done a little bit better.
I still think Williams will be powerful later on.

Just got my Santonio Holmes Authentic Jersey!!

Now all I need to do is watch out for the cops when I'm out in public. Also, people at first will think it's a Kordell Stewart jersey, so I predict that I'll only have to clear that up about 10,000 times.

Hahahah.

Cross-town Eagles are better than the Steelers. We got arguably the best D-line in the country and the secondary is great even though it took a step back. Linebacking is so-so but it's getting there. O-line I think is tremendous after hearing that William "Tra" Thomas is gonna be okay and with Shawn Andrews, John Runyan, and a lot of depth, they'll protect Mcnabb from getting hurt. Recieving is better than people think. Reggie Brown, and L.J. Smith, Jabar Gaffney (hes due to breakout), Matt Schobel, Brian Westbrook are there. Plus Pinkston's coming back.

Superbowl predictions: Philadelphia Eagles vs. Cleveland Browns (hey they're good) with an Eagles victory.

is this like a joke post? I wouldnt rank eagles in my top 15 the browns have a better shot at the superbowl than the eagles do, mostly because the NFC East is SICK and the eagles are gonna get OWNED all year.

Gaffeney is going to breakout? How long is it going to take? Another 2 years? The guy sucks.

Pinkston sucks also.
They're going to be around 3rd in the East with Cowboys and Redskins duking it out.

eagles will be last in the east again, giants have a much better team.

It's got to be. That post reminds me of Browns fans on their website (Dawgtalk.com), and it's ironic that guy mentioned them as well. But I digress, for Browns fans will post something like:

"Ooh, this is gonna be a great year!! We've got Orlando Brown holding the fortress down, Ben Gay sprinting down the sidelines, Kelly Holcomb blazing a trail of fire with each precision strike, and Kellen Winslow, Jr. lighting up the scoreboard! Can you say Super Bowl?!?!?!"

Regarding the thread about the Iowa Hawkeyes that was closed, there's instruction to use the NFL thread, but Iowa is college football. So...I guess the guy should use the college football thread.

Ty Law signs with the Cheifs, this is a huge signing for them.

It is, but that defense is getting old pretty quickly in the secondary. I still dont think they're going to contend.
