It's just that in this case it doesn't bother me all that much even though I thoroughly enjoyed the Pokemon Gameboy games and still do.

and you are red / your player from the Pokemon game series. in other words you are just a trainer.

In all actuality we are just the Pokemon: Squirtle, Ivysaur, and Charizard so it doesn't matter all that much. If we actually did take the role of him, the whole naming thing would be more of an issue for me.

I think Fuzzy from Yoshi's Island would make a great assist trophy. Anyone remember touch fuzzy get dizzy?

Yeah, fuzzy would make a cool assist trophy. It would be an assist trophy that affects everybody. Just imagine how crazy a battle will get when the screen starts flashing colors, like in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi Island, and all the fighters are running around as if they're drunk. 😆

You could do the same thing with Link's Grappling Hook in Melee.

You could with Link and either way you were able to get back up.

if you think about it, its gonna makke a big difference, i mean how many times have you died while trying to come back to the stage?

The detail in her dress is incredible.

And from the pictures, unless they change damage ratios it looks like one of my favorite characters in Melee will be kicking total ass once again.

I hope she has some of her Super Princess Peach abilities, minus the emotion thing, but the shield being she pulls her Parasol over her head. Any idea if Daisy will be a costume, or stand-alone?

It's better that Daisy remain as one of Princess Peach's alternate outfits.

Peach looks great in this game! Makes me not want to play as her in Melee anymore after comparing them side by side.

Why is that? You could easily say the plumbers are costume clones of eachother as well. Luigi from Mario, but taller and thinner, Waluigi as a costume clone of Wario and Luigi.
