I havent played Metroid since like the 2nd I had it. SPM wasnt as good as the older PM games.

Your really missing out then. Metroid Prime 3 craps all over most of the other games this generation. Actually there is only one other game I'd put in the same league and that's Bioshock. Super Paper Mario was awesome, its not at that level, but its like at a "Rainbow six Vegas" level, good enough that everyone who has the system should play it, but not revolutionary in any way.
Well I mean its all personal choice. I'm not a fan of FPS and like 90% of the AA titles that 360 gets are FPS, so almost none of the games on the 360 interest me either. Its all personal preference. I also refuse to buy a 360 because I refuse to buy known faulty hardware (or software) of any kind, until Microsoft fixes its hardware problems (which I dont ever see happening) I have no interest in the 360. I'm happy with my PS3 and Wii.
I understand that, 360 is dominated by shooting games. For me the upcoming 360 games im wanting are Mass Effect(which with my Galaxy have been my most anticipated for years), Assassins Creed, RE5, Burnout Paradise. And RE is the closest to a shooter there. 😛
But ive always been a Nintendo guy, but sometimes my Nintendo systems go through long unplayed spells because the majority of what I play is Nintendo's big games, such as Mario and Zelda. There are non nintendo games like RE, not off the top of my head thatst he only one, everything else has Mario in it somewhere. lol
Yea Mass Effect is the only game right now that makes me want a 360. It looks badass. But games like Assassins Creed, Burnout, and RE5 I can play on PS3 anyways and the PS3 RE5 will be the better version because the game was built on the Playstation hardware, it will be downported to the 360. At any rate I have no vested interest in FPS and most of those AA games are on PS3 anyways...so besides a few exclusives I have no reason to get a 360. I did rent one to play Bioshock and Halo 3 though. Bioshock was amazing, Halo 3 I was not impressed at all with.
I've always been Nintendo first though. I grew up with it and IMO its still the best Game developer on the planet.

I agree 100%, only problem since the jump to 3D they cant make games as fast as they used to. And hardly anyone else developing for the Wii take time to do it right.
Thats why Nintendo's big three games look 10x better than any other Wii game, they are the only ones putting in the effort. Everyone else is making PS2 ports.
