WHAT?! That so blows. I heard of game commin' out in Japan 1st, but by MONTHS?! Why would they do that?
Tekken 6 has been out in Japan for a year now, If I'm not mistaken.
Bloodline Rebelion, was release some time ago as well, I think november 2008, or a few months ago
... of course, they were realese to Arcades... there's no home console version yet.

That happens a lot. It's nothing new.
In fact, there are even games that come out in Japan that are never released elsewhere!
Also, editing the thread title to reflect the fact that this game is not a PS3 exclusive.

Dude 4:00 Law gets Ken's clothes literally.
They changed the title back to "Tekken 6"...
Here's an overview of Namco's work, and this is not meant to criticize them or anything:
1. Decided to make Tekken 6 for arcades and claimed to release it only on PS3 (at the time when the game had only shitty-ass scans of Jin, Lili, Leo and Zafina).
2. Changed their minds and decided to make T6 Bloodline Rebellion for Arcades and claimed to release it on PS3 and 360.
3. Changed their minds once again and changed the title back to "Tekken 6" (with all the extras of Bloodline Rebellion) and claimed to release it on PS3, 360 and PSP, although I think the PSP version will have a little less than the console versions. I believe this because Dark Resurrection for example didn't have the Devil Within mode Tekken 5 had.
I doubt it's finalized though. They'll probably change their minds again and think up something stupid, God forbid..
Here are the current box arts for the PSP, PS3 and 360 versions:
I personally think this is Namco's way of saying Kazuya Mishima's winning tournament 6 (with Jin and Heihachi achieving second and third place), as Jin won 4 and 5 and Jin was on the front cover of both games.
