Jaina's STOOPID.

So... what's wrong with vengeance? I always liked the idea of the next of kin being able to decide if the perpetrator lives or dies. Maybe even let them pull the trigger/lever/button.

Halo Wars, Lucien? Really?
Shut up, the cinematics are beautiful.

So Slash, Gideon and Zam, should I expect responses from each of you or are we just going to agree to disagree on this one?
Spoiler:
Unless you've added something new in the past 24 hours, you were unable to address my concern regarding the supposed difference between the drain of the Dark Reaper and that of Nihilus/Exile/Kreia. This is the decisive component of the entire discussion: If they're not different, Vader can resist Kreia's drain, and it's curtains for granny. 😬

I'm sorry but after watching the eternity vault walkthrough, the gameplay is gayer than the cast of Glee. Personally, I don't play games like these but these developers are dicks so they're going to make you beat shit in order to find out the storyline.

So basically you're not only not replying to me, but acting like I'm the one chickening out of the debate? Oh, thats cool.

Er... no?

Dude, I've given you the evidence. Its not my fault you're refusing to have your 'concern' addressed by it.

The Sith technique is the same as the Exile's technique. And the Exile's technique is forcing Force Bonds and stealing energy through them. You yourself said you didn't think a machine could do that. Ergo its not the same technique.

Suits is such a great show. A little more Shark than Boston Legal, but it's such good fun.

It'll do.

It's good to be back here, even if this forum is a lot quieter than it was years ago. I wonder why I left originally, hmm...

Remember books? What a strange thing to forget about.

I'm a personal buff in Sumerian myth and literature (I've read every peice of Sumerian/early semitic poetry I can find) and so for me... it was chock full of references to guys like Kramer, who I've read. Plus, Neal Stephenson is a genius... like the plot is fvcking amazing. A technological and biological virus transmitted through binary... fvcking amazing! Brainstem as BIOS, ancient Sumerian as brainstem sourcecode!

Oh and I want to give Y.T. children... except she's fifteen.

You might like "Vellum," by Hal Duncan. It is pretentious as fuck, deals with mythology, and is written beautifully. Most of the time you're not sure what just happened, but you know it's fucking awesome.

Spoiler:
The Engineer Trilogy by K.J. Parker, read it now plz

Whoa...

Whoa!

*Looks up Vellum*

Because it's apparently fucking awesome.

I'm deciding between reading A Song of Ice and Fire by Martin or Malazan Book of the Fallen by Erikson in my spare time for the next [academic] year (which won't be much).
