Ah, I see.

There was nothing wrong with that movie. It was cheesy bullshit designed to entertain and it did it well.

Cheesy bullshit doesn't entertain me, which is why almost all action movies suck.

Thor is a rare example, if only because I was rooting for Loki, because Loki was the only one who had a clue.

Doesn't help that Thor and the rest were pretty freaking dumb.

"Whaaaaaaaa? Loki, the God of mischief and lies, may have betrayed us!? Oh the shock!"

Because who the hell would listen to a word Loki says. Honestly! 🙄

The book and the movie were both lame imo, sans the ending of the movie.

Support or GTFO.

Also, Genophage cure is kind of a rough decision. On one hand, krogan fodder is amazing, especially since they respect me and my krogan mutant pet. On the other hand, they may become a problem post-Reaper, so I'm screwing future generations.

Same thing with the geth and rachni.

Loki was a moderately sympathetic character in that movie with a good actor to portray him. It didn't help that Odin was uselessly vague and evasive when it came to wisdom. I guess he lost that eye so he could be all cryptic, wtf.

Thor himself was somewhat endearing as a hero, but no Wolverine.

The "cryptic wisdom" routine is a fairly standard trope. Ever since Yoda spouted wise sounding crap.

The Krogan won't sterilize the Galaxy.

I'm going to side with anything that helps fight the Reapers. That's why the Quarian decision is so agonizing for me--I can think of scenarios where either outcome (invasion or peace) helps my war effort.

O RYLY?

YouTube video

Its a shame he was interrupted so quickly. He starts to get downright poetic after a while. Something about killing billions. I admit I got too teary to listen at that point.

Curing the Genophage won't make Krogan pop out of the Ether. If we knew that it would actually make a difference when the Reapers attack it would be an easier call to make. As it is I'm agreeing with the good doctor Solus on this issue.

The Rachni don't even factor as decision for me. On the one hand they threatened the entire galaxy at one point. But on the other hand we could ride rachni into battle against the Reapers. Not even a decision.

Personally I think the Krogan are too aggressive to be allowed to breed unchecked. Curing the genophage won't make that go away.

I think the entire point of the Big Decisions in ME1 and 2 is specifically to get together armies of previous enemies to unite against the Reapers. Its' obvious by the official trailers out so far that Reaper combat is not restricted to purely ship/space combat. A shitton of Rachni, krogan, and geth would be helpful on earth, I'm sure.

Well said on Rush. I didn't know you were a fan of Toto.

I hope at least one of the races betray you. That way paragon choices aren't always the best ones.

Paragon choices being right all the time would be retarded. The whole point of Renegade is that it should be you making the hard, cold decisions that are the 'best' and necessary ones. Paragon choices should be you always doing the right thing even if its probably the dumb thing.

100 bucks that it'll be the Batarians who betray you though. Fvck those four-eyes.

^ This. I am racist against Batarians. It doesn't help that they all look alike either.

Not so much Toto, but I agree that 80s was hardly a down point for music. Technically, Rush is late 70s as well, but they hit their peak in the early 80s.

I've been playing 2/3 renegade, 1/3 paragon, so no doubt Bioware will punish me for it.

I usually go all paragon. All renegade just seems like too much of an *******, tbh.

I went Renegade mostly, but chose Paragon whenever I didn't like the Renegade options. I didn't like Racist Shepard. I even saved the Council, despite them being massive dickweeds.

My decisions are mixed, like I saved the council, but I betrayed Samara (the ***** had it coming.)

I've got a full Renegade character and then my character who chooses what I would do so about 2/3 Paragon and 1/3 Renegade.

How is it that I'm the nicest Shepard here?

(Except for Batarians, because **** those guys).

Wish I killed Samara. Unfortently, I did her loyalty mission to early and didn't have high enough intimidation.

Full Paragon is not as fun IMO. Plus Renegade interupts are always intresting.

Also has anyone chosen Udina for the council?

She's easily worse than her deranged daughter. Morinth just kills individuals here and there, Samara will butcher innocent people without hesitation due to some Kantain strawman code. I found killing Samara to be a far more ethical choice. Plus I'm sure I can always kill Morinth later.
