I'm gonna need more proof than that missy.

At the very least, I'm gonna need a live feed of you shoving a pine cone up your bum while screaming "IM DOING IT FOR YOU NEME-SAMA".

I'm sorry, there aren't any pinecone trees near my house.

Please forgive me~!

Pfft, Lewis and Simon have more entertainment value than TotalBiscuit. Their comedic value just outweighs the awesome that is TotalBiscuit.

When did he make a DayZ video? It never showed up in my sub box......

I don't find their brand of comedy funny, whereas I enjoy the cynicalness of TB.

Personal taste and all that I suppose. The DayZ video was pretty recent, if I remember rightly. Scroll back a couple of pages.

Or just use the Search bar. 😬

YouTube has a search bar???

There are MORE videos than appear in my sub box??????

😑

How comes nobody here plays TOR? 😕

I mean, the place is filled with SW/SWEU fans, people who play videogames and probably like Bioware games in general, and most importantly of all the game is freaking AWESOME! Seriously, it's like KotORs 3-10 rolled into a single game that you can play with other people, what's not to like?

Nah, not even close.

I play TOR. Or used to. Unsubbed. Story is great and all, on some characters, but nothing will every replace a possible KoTOR 3. The only thing I really enjoyed that's come from TOR is Malgus. Because...

It's Malgus.

I'm still refusing to believe the Revan novel ever came out.

I have no idea whats so appealling about Malgus. He seems pretty much a generic Badguy Sithdude to me.

That book sucks so much. There is no possible KoTOR 3. It was that book. Revan was Kotor ****ing 3 and it sucked.

Why did Revan suck.

Malgus' backstory is pretty awesome, along with the way he thinks and acts, I found quite interesting..

Revan spat on the legacy of KOTOR, pushed KOTOR 2 to the side... And THAT ****ING ENDING!

It was just so lame. Revan goes and gets Canderous' wife killed, then goes and gets his ass kicked, gets rescued by the Exile and gets his ass kicked again and her killed. For a book titled after him it seems determined to portray him as a hillbilly with Force powers. Theres just no sense of epicness (by which I mean scope and grandior) to it, like there was in the kotor games.

It also suffers from the usual problem in Star Wars of trying to overshadow the previous stuff. Revan is the most powerfullest Force user the Exile has ever felt! Vitiate used a ritual even more devastating than Nihilus' drain, so powerful it even destroyed ****ing sound and color! Vitiate is so fawking powerful he killed his Sith Lord dad when he was ten and mind-dominated 100s of Sith Lords at once as an adult! Revan used the darkside and lightside together in their purest form! Its just laughable.

Beyond that its just poorly written. The Exiles death has as much emotional resonance as stubbing a toe. And lets not forget that Drew forgot to add an entire chapter. That guy is such a mediocre writer.

And then TOR does some more stomping. I mean, for one thing...

Yay Revan is free! Oh wait, It's a trap!!!!.

'I AM GENOCIDAL REVAN; Fear me!.'

'I'm a level 37 Flashpoint boss, and just got wrecked by 4 people! Oh noes! Why couldn't I be an end-raid boss?! Deus ex machina activaaaate!'

And I'm not even going to talk about T3 or HK. T3 novelwise, HK in-game wise.

I still can't believe they thought it was a good idea to kill off the fan-favourite player character from the last game half-way through in a raid and were genuinely surprised when people reacted negatively.

Old Bioware had more sense than that.

Yup. New Bioware suck.

Still, I did get a kick out of how crazy powerful characters are meant to be, canon-wise due to TOR. Mostly the Jedi Knight and the Inquisitor.

Yeah, playing as a powerful character feels great. You get crazy missions and you can just be like 'Haha, whatever I'm awesome bring it on.' And despite my complaints about Revan, Drew did a good job with the Jedi Knight story.

I really liked how I was given a choice early on to spare a darksider if he becomes my follower and afterwards he actually sends me messages praising my great deeds and dark power. It made me feel like I was a badass and that I had genuinely started down a dark path, having secret darkside minions and stuff. That was cool.

Oh yeah, that's the guy you fight just before you get your first saber right? And he becomes a secret follower.

I chose that option too, I really liked how later, Kira knew about it. I was all like 'Oh... Shit.' And then she was all cool and kept it on the down-low.

My favourite story was probably the Inquisitor. Going from a down and out hated slave, to ungodly heir to a long-forgotten sith legacy, quite badass.

Yeah, and if you choose to redeem him he instead sends you messages about his recovery. Not as badass.

Oh shit she does? Uh oh. Oh well, she's kinda dark herself anyway. I liked those talks about how we were going to take over the Republic after the war. She might have been joking idk, but I don't think I was. 😄

I liked that aspect when I got to it in the Inquisitor story, but from what I heard it kind of disappears after Act 1. Which is a shame because having your badass Sith ghost-grandpa continue to mentor you would have been cool imo.

Yeah, Act 2 doesn't really have the ZOMGBadass factor the first act does, but it picks up by the end.

Act 1 is all about growing. Power, wisdom, followers ect.
Act 2 is recovering and learning from the mistakes of arrogance
Act 3 is just about being a badass...

I mean come on. Swatting lightning, standing in a force storm/whirlwind and then casually making your worst enemy stop in their tracks and kneel.

Yep, still a display of utter dominance not seen anywhere else in the mythos. I definitely liked that ending when I watched it.

Its better done than the Knight ending at least. Vitiate walks into your lightsaber and if you choose to kill him you struggle just to break off a ceiling spike. I'd say the Knight was tired but you're not even breathing heavily (which is actually pretty badass now that I think about it).

Yeah, helping out Kira drained the Knight or something, if I remember rightly. He says something like 'You used your essence to blahlbhalbhal. There are consequences.'

Still, nothing beats humiliating a Dark Council member infront of the rest, except maybe the ending to the Sith Warrior's story, which I felt quite sad about. I rather liked Baras.

I will admit though that the voice acting really helps out now and then. The Warrior, Inquisitor and Knight have badass voice actors.
