The second.
Nemebro's definition is the everyday variety. History refers to past events because obviously we cannot see the future, lol. However, the Star Wars mythos has a long timeline, with multiple focuses across it. History when talking about it naturally refers to all the history in Star Wars. Especially since this is coming from an out of universe source that knows all of that history. It isn't bound by being present in any point in time in SW.

The book's timeline ends at the events of the game and makes no reference to post-TOR events. NemeBro, while undoubtedly a moron of the highest order and unquestionably talentless in bed, nevertheless has basis for his view.

Also, Lucas > Some fruity guide. Sidious as strongest holds more weight.
Contrary to what various message boards would tell you, Lucas has (to my considerablepeerless knowledge) never explicitly declared Sidious to be the strongest Sith in any context.

It addresses all of time at other points in the book.
Have you not been reading my posts or did I miss a few sections in the book?

An omniscient narrator cannot be constrained by a single point in time.
An omniscient narrator wouldn't lack knowledge on Revan and Vitiate's fates.

Lucas never referred to him as the Strongest Sith Lord.

Also Tempest, you're just jelly because you know that Nephthys vastly prefers my abusive cock than he does your flaccid stringbean.

Yes, you pointed out that at one point it mentions that Nathema is the largest nexus the galaxy 'would ever see'.
Does it claim ignorance? Even then the answer is obvious. Their fates haven't been written yet. Maybe 'out of universe' is better than 'omniscient.'

Indeed, but when combined with the fact that the book's actual timeline (beginning with the founding of the Jedi order and concluding with the Cold War) ends during the events of the game and does not even conclude the storyline (it literally ends after the present arc, with Malgus dead), there's no reason to believe the answer is conclusive.

Which precludes the possibility of omniscience.

That would be better, yes.
