Clone Wars logic. Those were the days, when the CWC were the worst things to exist in the Star Wars universe.
i guess. sometime between the last election and this one, I became disillusioned with our two party system. I didn't even vote this time, after voting in the previous 2. I also moved from Indiana to Chicago, so it went from borderline battle-state to "why bother?"
Guantanamo is still open, the Patriot Act still alive... Spending still going up.... Romney was a fink. I couldn't really have been less interested in which bad result happened.

Well guys I tried. I was hoping that this place would have gotten better. When I left it really started to go downhill big time and now I can see after 4 years of my being away it's only gotten worse. This does not go for everyone, there are exceptions of decent people in here but they are few and far between and sadly the level of debating by most in this place is just horrendous to the point where i hezitate to even call it debates. I honestly can't even be bothered anymore to argue in circles with kids who quite frankly have no ability to discern the difference between what is actually happening and just spewing out vague quotes from sourcebooks or characters and taking them completely out of context to fit their "argument". I don't know how some of the old guys who are still here can do it, this place is a shell of its former self to say the least. And I just cannot be bothered. I have a few other forums I've come across where the majority can actually really debate Star Wars so maybe I'll try them. See ya KMC.

Why don't you bring the higher level of debate instead of expecting it to come from other people?
Besides most the regulars have not been debating lately. There seems to be a few Socks flooding the boards with random opinions at the moment.

Well, as elitist as he sounds, he HAS a point. All of the regulars (except for you) left due to Ush's incessant stupidity. As such, the only people he can attract are children now and that's what this subforum has. A few posts a day by children. So Anomaly is right, this subforum has been dead for quite a while.

He didn't even make any arguments to show us how "adult" he is at debating. It's like he just came on didn't like the arguments being made then p***ed off.
From what I saw for instance he was just annoyed that anyone was even comparing Maul to Dooku. How anyone can not even be open to such a debate after his latest CW feats is beyond me. But for the record I still said Dooku wins.
There are a few strange people posting at the moment, but they're not regulars.
