I concur. Think of how many people have driven a red barchetta through the subdivisions. The imagery is magical enough to make time stand still.

Honestly, I'm still finding my way through their old catalog, but it's working man. Rush has turned into my workout anthem and I always crank it up when I'm biking through the trees at Lakeside park.

We ran out of their good songs two posts ago.

Working out? What's your routine?

I bike the 4 miles to the rec and then do generic upper body stuff. Mostly freeweights, but I do like pullups and pulldowns as well.

Then I bike home. If I was trying to lose weight, it'd be great. Instead I have to mash 4 or 5 meals a day just to gain a pound or two a week.

I'm up to 170lbs. and trying to lose it. Doesn't help that I work out sporadically anymore and like to eat like a fatty. 😬
