The main problem I have with control is that literally everything throughout the series says, "Don't do this. If you are you're the biggest idiot known to man." There's no sense of guarantee like blowing all the bad robots to bits.

Its a guarantee that Shepard is awesome. estahuh Destroy is a guarantee, but its also a guarantee that the Geth and Edi die, whereas in Control everyone lives and theres only a maybe that things might go bad. I'd risk it on Shepard.

Pointing out the one major flaw of the death penalty doesn't make the death penalty unconstitutional.

From what I understood, the death penalty itself is unconstitutional because of the long appeals process. I'm not really sure how that makes sense, but w/e. I don't think he was from the Supreme Court of California so I don't expect that to stick, even for a state that is as retarded as California.
