Nai are you Ziggy? You can tell me bro.

Er...what?

Come on Ziggy I promise I won't tell.

Just because Ziggy uses Latin doesn't mean he's Nai, Syndicate...

Sure. You got me. *Winks conspiratorially*

Does anybody have the quote saying Sidious can open force storms on a whim?

The most recent episode of SW Rebels had an Imperial behave like a real human being.

See, now we just need more of that. Even the Einsatzgruppen were human beings. They were horrible ones, but it took immense dehumanization efforts, and a breakdown of moral reasoning, to make them that way. The Imperials shouldn't be any different.

May the God forgive me for what I'm doing with this website, for I can't forgive myself any longer.

Sorry it took so long to reply. Haven't had much time.

You do know this actually wasn't the premise of KotOR II, right? The premise Kreia thought up was Revan saw something so scary he ran back to Republic Space and was preparing the Republic by fire. That being said, Revan/Malak's Sith Empire still belonged to Vitiate directly, and even if it didn't their goal wasn't to weaken the Republic as much as it was to give him the Star Forge.

The scary thing Revan saw in KotOR was the True Sith hiding in the Unknown Regions... So yeah, it's exactly that. And you're right, Revan's Empire belonged to Vitiate directly, just as the True sith and the Eternal Empire.
When is it said Vitiate wants the Star Forge? I don't remember this.

Which is a point in favor of DE, not KotOR or KotOR II.

The fact that it is also similar to DE doesn't change anything. As you know, Vitiate = Valkorion, and Revan's Empire, which mission was to cripple the Republic was also in Vitiate's control. So yeah, it's repetition of the same premise.

Yes, it turns out when you're immortal you can make really long plans. Go figure.

That is not the point of this. And you know it. Point is it's a similarity, for whatever reason.

Yeah and until 20 years before the game's start, no one knew about Tython. The Republic and the Empire not knowing about a planet is hardly far-fetched. This is still more in favor of DE anyway, as no one knew about Byss.

So what if nobody knew about Byss? If it's similar to DE, well 👆 That is neither here nor there. It's not far-fetched, considering in both planets, the same Emperor was fabricating a Sith army, hiding away from the rest of the galaxy, in a planet nobody knew existed. That's the similarity.

(enter all fiction), and while Revan and the Outlander may have a few similarities, these situations aren't comparable. Like at all.

Except that they are. If they have similarities, they are arguably comparable. I'm not saying that's always the case, but it certainly is here. They try to do the exact same thing. Revan discovers this threat and tries to stop it, just as the Outlander. Revan fails at first, just as the Outlander. Both try again. This army they were both trying to stop was hidden away from the galaxy. This army has the exact same leader. The only real difference is that Vitiate never saw Revan as a true threat.

See the above. The story would be short and boring if you could just kill the threat in one go. That's hardly unique to Revan or any other story out there.

Of course it would be boring. And of course it's not unique. But the way in which it happens is very, very similar.

Actually has not happened once in KotFE. So...

I thought the Outlander even says he's too powerful to be controlled now, and Valkorion agrees?

Let me put it this way. The protagonist after recently ending a major galactic threat and defeating the bad guy with a little help hears that there is a new threat. In searching for the bad guy he finds that the new threat and the old threat are one in the same, a secret better empire on a hidden world, with a god-like being on the throne. The hero, realizing he can't defeat the big bad empire on his own joins the Emperor to find power and understanding.

Which is nothing like KotOR, in case you were wondering. Besides your vague, and pretty incorrect, generalities, I'm not seeing the similarities here.

You're not getting it. I never said it was similar to the events of KotOR or KotOR II. I said the premise Kreia first introduces in KotOR II about the True Sith hiding out in the Unknown Regions is pretty much what happens in KotFE. They're not vague and incorrect, they're quite specific and accurate. And imo, obvious. We clearly have a different way of understanding this particular topic. So let's just agree to disagree.

I have more important things to do than waste my time, like cramming for exams.

Just finished an anime called Future Diary.

Pretty decent I thought but that was almost entirely due to the female "protagonist".

Has a kick ass opening to (though it's surprisingly spoilerly).

Mirai Nikki falls somewhere in the high 7 to low 8 range.
