Well it is certainly worth of the nomination. It's very entertaining so far and the prose is far superior to what is in Drew's novel. And the refrences to the era are amazing you clearly did you research. The mention of Revan asking for money from the Draay estate is just icing on the cake.

Ok wow, what a finish to Ascension. The writing was decent but we are finally at the climax that has never existed in the Star Wars universe. I definitely like where the writers are headed with this and have started to wonder if they had this in mind with the LOTJ series, gearing up for one apocalyptic finale. Honestly, if Luke was ever going to get killed off, it has to happen next book. Only negative is that the last book comes out in like 10 months so I'm assuming they're trying to finish off the New Republic era once and for all.
