i thought the movie was cool and my ma and brother definnitely dug it but not enough rogue scenes and entirely too many wolverines not that i'm complaining. i'd personally love to have a run-in with that smokin aussie

loved the movie. not enough rogue scenes. could someone pls explain this moira person, i dont know who she is(not real familliar if she has prior history in comics or something)

Although the producers have said there won't be a X4, if there was I'd think that Magneto wouldn't openly show his happiness of Charles still being alive, but behind closed doors he'd be levitating for joy.

but then you got to remember sabertooth isnt dead he also part of weapon x as for logan too and he does have healin powers just not a quick as wolverine it takes awhile! in a comic book episode wolverine stabs sabertooth in the brain and it takes him awhile to heal!!

1. Not enough space for Cyclops? Like he had so much development in the previous movies. The actor wasn't good for the part, he lacked the strengh and "presence" for it. Cyclops was underused since X1, and much more in X2. I love the character, but I deal.
2. The portrait of Phoenix was awesome. Plain scary, and touching in the right moments.
3. Xavier and Magneto portrayed like the faces of the same coin. Xavier has a dark side, too, and he isn't so different from his old nemesis.
4. Beast was great. And when he said "My stars and Gaters" I really jumped in my seat.
5. Wolverine was, again, awesome. And forgive me for being a woman, but he can put flames in the screen. Uff.
6. The fight scenes were great.
7. I think that X3 is more acurate to the comics that the other two. An adaptation can't be literal, but this respect the spirit of a great comic.
I don't think the movie would have been better if Mr. Singer had directed it. Let's face it, he isn't that good with action scenes, and these are X-Men movies, i.e. action packed movies. And he wasn't that great with the character developemen either.
I think don't that the movie it's perfect (and what is), but it's a very good one.

i feel your pain. the entire time my ma kept digging into my arm like "whats that" or "whats happening now". i love watching movies with her but if there an x4 i'm not sitting right beside her while seeing it

Yeah, my cousin was asking questions too.

And the thing that really pissed me off was the part where Storm does her spinning move was the part I was looking forward to seeing on the big screen and just before that moment comes my cousin starts talking and talks through part of it and that completely took away from the moment in the biggest way possible. I was pissed and disappointed.

That alone is reason enough for me to go see the movie again.

sorry. i think the lesson learned is to not take talkative relatives or friends to the movies.

i went with my uncle and he didn't say a word through the movie, then barraged me with questions afterwards.

I agree. Just like the comics, they stopped being friends after they left Israel but but they will always respect each other 🙂
