I read in one of his replies to another fan, where he was asked if it was too late now to go back and change anything, in other words are they at the pt of no return, and his answer was 'No it's not too late'. Do you guys think if they hear enough dissent from the fans they will actually change something, like maybe the way Megatron looks?

i think it might be too late to change the way megatron looks, cuz there is a picture of a set piece that has a frozen megatron prop. like his lower half. and it looks very much like the picture concept. But who knows...

here's a sort of "faces of prime" thing ive made so showcase all the manip's ive found. and which one i like.

for manip1: by 'original' i mean original conceptual design for the movie

I don't understand what all the fuss is about. Sure, the robots in disguise look different from their originals, but they look pretty cool nonetheless. I'm sure the movie will end up being a fun popcorn-flick which is the only way to go when you're doing a movie about a bunch of robots from outer-space.

I like manip #3 too but without the little mouth and chin thing. So it would kinda look like a faithful representation like manip #2 but at the same time fitting with the newer body design style.

Don Murphy (and his little fanboy followers) seem to be continuously protesting that we should 'wait until there moving and speaking on screen'

Why ?

I've seen enough from that ugly ass picture of Megatron to decide that, THAT monstrosity is a sin against god. Making it move and talk will do little to make it look Any better. He then states that he 'doesn't need us fans' Ooops big slip up there donny boy because without us guess where you are.

Yes that's right . NOWHERE. So pull you head out of your ass for five minutes you self opinionated douche bag and accept a few things.

1. Putting flames on Optimus is unnecessary

2. That UGLY ass head needs to be changed on the double you retard , at least go for manip 2 or manip3 .

3. Place starscreams leg's slightly closer together and put the front end of the jet on starscreams back. Now hell look slightly LESS like a primitive (

(Oh and by the way , TOYS ARE BASED OFF OF THE F*CKING CHARACTERS DICKWAD , stating that 'You've only seen a mold' DEAFEATS YOUR OWN STATEMENT. Especially when the mold is so friggen detailed it's about 1.5 steps from being painted up and shipped out.

Man all this talk about the transformers movie got me reminiscing and stuff so I decided to download and watch the animated movie again. IMO that movie still pwns all kinda ass . Hehehe..pwns I made a cute little internet colloquialism reference. Anyway, I still think this movie rocks even today.

My only complaint is it was pretty short and seemed kinda rushed. Not a real big storyline or plot but it was an animated film so it was still cool. I wasn't really expecting something really in depth. The sad thing is I'm pretty sure that the live action movie's plot and storyline will be prob be 10 times worse from what I've seen so far. Like somebody mentioned it will prob just be a fun popcorn flick and nothing more.

Btw, who felt Unicron was destroyed way too easily in the end? Seemed like that final battle should've lasted longer and been more difficult. I dunno just seemed to easy after all that build up. I remember a friend of mine back in the day had Unicron as a toy. He told me the damn thing was huge and almost impossible to transform. Lucky bastard, my family was too poor to spend money on such lavish toys.

animated film is awesome fair play. the actual television series has aged pretty badly.... but the film is still good stuff.

lol...I highly doubt he's lying on purpose about this. Perhaps he had one of the earlier prototype models that came out before the armada line or maybe he confused it with another robot like scorponok or something, I dunno, but I hardly doubt he's lying on purpose, would be a really childish thing to do if he was.

Btw, anyone know who sang the transformers theme during the intro and again later on during the end credits. Seems like your typical '80s rock band but cant place my finger on who it could be. I'm thinkin maybe it was just an unknown band that was hired just to do that one song.

Bumblebee isn't bad. His face is iffy, but at least he still looks like Bumblebee. Megatron, on the other hand......
