You yourself said that everything in the anime is canon. If you can selectively ignore any animation you don't like, then I can selectively ignore anything in the anime as well, such as the filler episodes.

Picollo can't see one specific ki blast. He can see other ki blasts. People with senses much less than Picollo can see other ki blasts, even ones fired by stronger characters than the one Picollo had trouble with.

DBZ ki blast speeds are not consistent.

If we use the anime, they can be visually tracked and are not fast at all.

Therefore, we use the manga.

No, Piccolo couldn't see movements nor ki blasts, he couldn't even see Goku and Freeza fight but you claim you could just because your the audience and your SUPPOSE to see. 🙄 Just stop, your excuses are terrible.

Normal humans at the Tenkaichi Budokai could see the ki blasts being used after the Frieza saga, the reporters and audience covering the Cell games could see them, Mr. Satan could see them in the Buu saga.

It doesn't matter if you think they shouldn't be able to be seen, the fact is that in the anime (which you think should be canon), they do move at a slow speed, and that IS canon. You can't just say that certain things shown onscreen are wrong and some are right, or else anyone can make that claim about anything. If you want the anime to be canon, than everything in the anime has to be canon, including the speed of the ki blasts. Deal with it.
