Even if it required moving all in the frame before humans could process a visual input, that would be 1/60th of a second, and you would still need to calculate distance. Just saying it's 60 times faster (and then multiplying by 60 again when he did it again) is completely ridiculous.

And how does this demonstrate a linear increase in speed? Of course characters with higher power levels are stronger and faster. But there's no way to know how much faster, except by measuring it. And when it can be measured, it disagrees with the power levels. They are not a linear scale.

You supes fan like to use talking and normal things to show that the fight was slow.
People weaker and slower then Goku have showen to be able to do normal things at super speed.

Basically, all your arguments boil down to is "I think Goku should be this powerful, and here is some math I made up to prove it (filled with arbitrary assumptions)". When the actual evidence in the manga contradicts you.
As for our side, we actually have feats of Superman doing things to prove how powerful he is, instead of just speculation about how powerful we think he is.

If you read the manga Goku call Ubb´s mother a poppy pants or something and then kick him and the kick go berseck, showing his power in the last moment and Goku normal form fighting with him.
The very end when Goku ask Ubb to be trained, and Ubb say yes, Goku say i being waiting for this all this time, and know whe get even stronger, that means no roof for Goku getting stronger.
I can use all canon trainings of Goku getting more powerfull without numbers. 10 years of training is a lot of time for him to grow, read the whole manga.
