No, stop putting words in my mouth.
His speed did change, but unless you can quantify how much, that means nothing.
Second of all, the Kaio-Ken was never even used past the Frieza saga, so how it relates to SSJ2 I have no idea.

Alright here it goes... Goku though cell but cell was far stronger then Goku... So gohan steps in Cell gets blowen up he comes back even more powerfull Gohan gets hit by a blast making him over half his power.. at only half his power gohan was equal with cell.. who had powerup hugly... now powering up hugly means something like 20+x in dragon ball (we have seen it with goku and vegeta going from thosands to millions from healing from 1 attack)

You're making up numbers again. What does "powering up hugely" even mean? Stop drawing completely irrelevant comparisons.
BTW, proof that power levels are not directly proportional to speed: When Trunks powered up against Cell, he had more ki (a higher power level), but Cell was still faster and beat him.

Only trunks out of everyone in dragon ball powerup like he did.. everyone else figure out that powering up like that is no good.
