But only Trunks and that form of cell (2 people not 1 my bad) powerup like that.... It has never applyed to anyone else.. Plus Ive only been using everyone normal powerlevel not there powerup level...

I've shown you two examples, why would you assume that everything else is different? Frieza had a huge musclebound form as well, if you recall.

Yes he did. Read the scans I posted.
The point is that there are circumstances where it doesn't work the way you would think. Combined with the horrible power level inconsistencies (the farmer, Frieza destroying planets vegeta and namek, Vegeta hitting the punching machine, DBZ characters never having any strength or speed feats to remotely suggest what you are saying) it's obvious you're wrong.
