Can people actuly give evidence that DBZ characters move slower than the speed of light? Besides the "well seeing as the fight isn't over in a second its clearly not the speed of light" in that case Superman isn't that fast either.

And the fact that DBZ characters can't survive a planet being destroyed isn't the fact that they can't take the explosion its because they can't survive in space, yes I know superman can, but thats no reason to take away DBZ characters durability. After all Freeza was very confident he could survive the destruction of Namek, and if he could, the stronger Goku could aswell, he just wouldnt have an atmosphere to sustain him.

Let me even take this a step further, remember when Goku was racing to get to earth from King Ki's? Goku was at that time faster an stronger than raditz but it still took him MANY hours to fly the 10,000 miles back to earth. The speed of light is 187000 miles per second

Let's see, when ever any of the DBZ characters are trying to get somewhere fast they dont get there immediately. Like trunks looking for the dragon radar when Goku 1st goes SSJ3. That wasnt the speed of light an he was a super sayain an obviously in a hurry an moving as fast as he could. An since the earth is about 24,000 mi around, if you were moving at the speed of light you would get anywhere in the world instantly.
Superman is that fast, have you not seen the movie? He can go back in time he is so fast. No DBZ character could hope to touch him let alone beat him.

When Goku was fighting Nappa he was holding back. When he was fighting the Ginyu force he was also holding back.
