Hmmm, well the DBZ characters fought faster than the eye could see, were able use kai attacks, and were pretty damn strong physically. I'm sure they could make him break a sweat at the least. 😛

You can't really say they were strong physically because they never really performed any strength feats, at least not enough to give us a real idea of how strong they truly were physically. In the manga they didn't so whatever was in the anime that wasn't included in the manga is non-canon.
