Please....that whole scan was her playing with flash and even if a teleporter can port instantly her thinking speed would then therefore have to be just as fast as wallys or faster to be able to cope with his speed. Which means shes a flash teleporter with even more ambiguous abilities. 😬 I say banned

I'd say banned too....at least the reaction speed/teleport thing.

Ive been looking over some of the bios that I could find (wikipedia admitedly being one) and whenever it mentions Spartan merging with Void all it did was give him a boost in his own powers and give him teleportation. Nothing about her other powers are mentioned (as well in the Spartan Bio you gave Khell)

Did he actually gain the other powers as well?? 😬

I still say that the teleporting is more than once shown to be uber powerful. Unlike Majestics speed....

Rapid succession teleportation is not banned. It's akin to Nightcrawler's ability. It just so happens that in this instance the teleporter also has quantum awareness and precog to stay a step ahead of her pursuer. Flash also alludes that he was not going full speed, and that if he sped up a little he could see her 'blinking in and out of reality'.

I truly don't see the problem. If she was busting up Speed Force abilities I could see grounds for banning, but Flash wasn't going max speed, and all she did was rapidly teleport to dodge a few punches.

In a tournament with GL, Surfer, Cap. Atom and Gladiator in it, I really don't see how this selection is a foul. Spartan will be neutured or banned if necessary, just as any out of bounds arguments for Shaman, Surfer, GL, etc. will be.

At this point it's up to Khells to prove that in the tournament, one way or the other. The bio is inconclusive since it doesn't take the upgrade into full account. He'll need on panel evidence to support his claims and extrapolations, just as everyone else will.

Yeah, we really need some defined stuff from Khell to be sure on some of this.

But Flash-level reflexes, whether it's simply H2H combat or with teleporting, is banned. Teleporting itself is fine, as are enhanced fighting reflexes (like Superman for example) but we can't have an unhittable character.

Jeez.

Okay, first of all, like Ill said, Flash wasn't going at top speed. Second, she's NEVER shown that kind of Flash-esque speed before or since, and it never would have been brought up as valid (there's some other stuff that the other WildCATS did that was way out of character too). As for her other powers, eh, all I really wanted was a Majestic-level teleporter, and that's what I got. I'm not going to go into what he can and can't do at the moment, unless Digi wants to go over it in a PM.

I just want to know if he can manipulate energy like she could. Or was it just his own? I mean no one knows anything about this character, we want to at least know what we are dealing with 😬

Not what I meant. I know he can manipulate his own energy. But the bios suggest that he hasnt not been able to manipulate things on the scale the Void has and that the only power he got from the void was teleportation. All Im asking is if the Viods powers are ALL present when merged with Spartan?

I dont need scans, I need knowledge. Simple question: Did he gain the other powers from Void (besides teleportation). Yes or No?

You may WANT knowledge, but you can live without it. Illegal powers have been crimped off, and his usable powers don't go over the limit, but if they DID I would neuter them myself without needing to be told to. That's all I'm saying to anyone short of Digi.

Thank You. Apperantly he needs Digi to say the same thing you just said 😬

I posted her bio in addition for a reason. Because I couldn't find a biofor Spartan that treated such a massive change in the character as more than a tiny blurb. Posting the two bios was approved by Digi before I made the change. He has a full list of any power that's even REMOTELY possible for Spartan after bonding with Void. I don't see why I should have to do more than that.
